Domino's Pizza - Honolulu (Kuntz Ave.)
About
Fast Slices Near the Honolulu Harbor
When the pace of island life requires a quick, predictable meal, the Domino’s on Kuntz Avenue serves as a reliable anchor for residents and visitors near the Honolulu airport area. This outpost specializes in the high-speed delivery and carryout service that has become synonymous with the brand, making it a functional choice for those moments when waiting for a table at a sit-down restaurant just isn't in the cards.
The Menu Experience
Expect the classic lineup: hand-tossed crusts, thin-n-crispy options, and the signature garlic-seasoned crust that hits a distinct nostalgic note. Whether you are grabbing a quick Pepperoni Feast after landing at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport or fueling up for a night in, the consistency remains the primary draw. The oven-baked sandwiches and specialty chicken are frequent add-ons for groups looking to round out a casual lunch or a late-night snack.
A Local Observation
The layout here is strictly utilitarian. It is designed for efficiency rather than lingering, so don't expect a dining room ambiance. You will notice the rhythmic hum of the kitchen and the steady stream of delivery drivers coming and going, which highlights the sheer volume of orders managed in this busy pocket of Honolulu. Parking can be a brief challenge during peak dinner hours, so opting for a pre-scheduled pickup is usually the smoothest strategy to get your piping hot pies back to your hotel or home quickly.

For whatever reason they shortened the range of their deliveries. Saying they don’t deliver to my building when they’ve done it before plenty of times before.

Friendly staff handled my order efficiently. The pan pizza cooked well done is absolutely delicious.

Took well over 2 hours for them to deliver to the Navy side. Not military friendly for being on a military installation.

Jaiden and Addy were absolutely STUPENDOUS and they were super friendly with their customer service. My pizza turned out to be delicious and the workers there were nice. The store looked neat and clean. Everything was in place. I expect to come to Dominos again, so I hope to see them again!

Domino's on Hickam AFB has officially lost my business. Two times in a row they have failed to deliver the correct pizza – not small mistakes, either. Entirely wrong orders. Different toppings, different crusts, just completely ignoring what was actually placed. You’d think after the first mistake, there’d be some attention to detail. Nope. Second order? Same story. When I called to report it, the manager's response was dismissive at best. No apology, no accountability – just a weak offer to “make it right next time,” as if this isn’t a basic expectation of any food service business. The lack of professionalism and care from management is staggering. It’s one thing to make a mistake. It’s another to make it repeatedly and act like it doesn’t matter. If you want the wrong food delivered with a side of apathy, this is your place. Otherwise, take your business somewhere else.

Just had an interesting experience with a spinach feta pizza that I couldn’t resist ordering at half price! Unfortunately, the excitement quickly turned into disappointment. While I was expecting a delightful balance of flavors, half of my pizza was completely overloaded with cheese, Alfredo sauce, and onions. It seems this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered this issue, and honestly, it’s becoming a trend I don’t appreciate. Because of this, I've decided that I won't be placing any more orders or tipping again. It’s a shame too, because I really wanted to enjoy my meal. Here’s hoping for better pizza adventures in the future!

It's open later than Papa Johns and it's on base. What more could you ask for? Sailors might have to drive further than the airmen but they need the exercise. The anime they were watching in their barracks will still be there when they get back.

Thank you for adding extra sauce like requested, but this is ridiculous. This happens every time we order and ask for extra sauce. When we don't ask for extra sauce there is literally almost none on it. Love Dominos and the employees but please help us enjoy the food you deliver.

Haven’t had any issues here so far. Pizza always seems really good for a Dominos and pizza is made quickly although not always tracked throughout the whole process so it may just go from preparing to suddenly done after a few minutes. The deep dish with extra cheese always makes me want to puke for some reason though
