Domino's Pizza - Honolulu (Bishop Street)

Gabriel was timely and professional. Kanoe was also professional. Food was delivered hot! Good food and good customer service! Solid spot forsure.

Refused to give me an offer advertised on a flyer in store. Claimed it was online only. Flyer did not say so.

I've been to lots of Domino's restaurants in my 40 years of life. I've been to Once in New York City in brooklyn, Staten island, queens, Manhattan; but this place in Honolulu Hawaii in downtown Chinatown has got to be the best one as of yet. Every employee that works there always make sure that your dining experience is amazing! The food is always great call mine if something is not to your liking and they will gladly make you a different item or another one of the same order. Occasionally they forget my 2 L soda when they do deliveries, but that's okay LOL!!!!! Because they do exactly what you are feeling in your heart would be the proper compensation for this inconvenience.... they apologize and bring you the drunk but on thr second trip, its free OR they ask if you would rather they just refund it and thats that. Amazing!!!! Thank you Domino's!

Today I ordered delivery, set to “hand to me”, but they didn’t. I received a delivery notice in via email, but no calls or texts. And nobody came to my door. So I called the store and asked where the food was and they said sometimes the delivery drivers will mark the delivery as complete even 10 or 15 minutes before they deliver the food, and that this is a common practice for them so just assume the food will show up eventually. I asked for a refund on the delivery drivers tip, considering the delivery experience from the driver wasn’t good, and the store said they couldn’t, but they would instead just cancel my order because they didn’t think they could make me happy. I asked if that meant they wouldn’t deliver the food and he confirmed they wouldn’t deliver my order. Ultimately they delivered the food but I hope dominos corporate pays attention to negative reviews so they understand the games their stores play with the delivery metrics. According to the AI agent that originally answered the call was being recorded so I hope corporate also finds and listens to it. I guess the consolation prize is the delivery driver called me like 5 minutes later, and I got my food. And the store cancelled the order, so it was free.

Food is good and consistent but night staff very unfriendly. Make sure you don’t order before closing they will take it out on you if you do.

I would give them 3 1/2 stars if I could. They are a solid B- most of the time. (I really wish google would change their rating scale so that these finite differences could be truly rated.) Anyhoo,… The pizza and the chicken bites were cooked well. The delivery service was not what it could have been. The delivery person could not figure out the call box so my friend had to go pick it up. (Yes, many other delivery persons have figured out the call box.) They do have decent gluten-free and vegetarian options.

Young man at front was not personable at all. The pizza was burnt and like a hard chip. I have ordered many times at this location this has never happened before. The cinnamon twists were over proofed and fell, and then they cooked them. It was not good tasting dessert. It was tasted like rolled dough with cinnamon . It was nasty. I keep trying to call back to get assistance and no one answers. Pretty bad when you spend money and just have to throw it away.

I ordered online for a pasta to be delivered to my mother. It was a pasta perevera extra sauce. She calls me to tell me the pasta is a mess. I asked her to send me a picture & I have to agree it's sloppy. So I decided to call the location back to acknowledge the situation. He automatically said he will have it remade & delivered in a hurry and very rudely. After that phone call I called back to remind them it was a order with extra sauce (because really if you don't order the extra sauce it's dry). It sounded like a different person who answered the phone but also was extremely rude. He said they are having the order remade & then just hung up on me. I say these people do not belong in customer service if they are going to be rude and sloppy with food handling. I been in the restuarant industry for 10 years . I know customer service. Step up the respect dominos.! Because I wasn't rude.
