About
A Pulse in Waikiki's Nightlife Scene
When the sun dips below the horizon, Club Splash shifts the energy of downtown Honolulu. Located right in the thick of the Waikiki entertainment corridor, this spot serves as a high-energy anchor for those looking to experience the city's nightlife beyond the resort bars. The atmosphere is unapologetically loud, driven by a heavy sound system that vibrates through the floorboards as soon as you step inside.
What to Expect on the Floor
The layout is designed for movement, featuring a spacious dance floor that serves as the focal point of the venue. You will notice the air is kept cool to counteract the humidity of the tropical evenings outside, and the lighting rig creates a sharp, strobe-filled aesthetic that contrasts with the mellow mood of the beach just blocks away. The drink menu leans into classic club staples, with house mixologists keeping the pace fast during the peak hours of Friday and Saturday nights.
A Few Local Notes
Be prepared for the lines—on popular event nights, the queue can snake down the sidewalk, so arrive early if you want to bypass the wait. While the club is known for its high-decibel house and dance tracks, the crowd here is a mix of energetic locals and travelers who stumbled upon the music from the street. If you prefer intimate conversation, this likely isn't the venue for you; the volume is intentional, designed specifically for those who come to move.

The older female karaoke dj sucks. She has no clue how to adjust the vocals/music nor do i think she cares at all. It's as if the customer is a second class citizen. When you try to ask her kindly to raise the volume, she looks at you like you're demanding ransom money. They need to immediately replace her with someone who gives a crap about the customer and who has an aptitudefor music. This woman seems to think the customer works for her. IMHO of course 😉 I'm happy to take incoming over my comments, but she sucks. Period. Bobby K

Food was good, Kalbi, fried rice and French fries. No hassles from hostesses and karaoke music was at a decent level. Parking is fair, the back lot had enough spaces.

Neighborhood "dive" with all the friendlier people. Made us feel welcomed the minute we hit the door. Ordered food from the lobster spot next door. Visitors, GET OUT AND AWAY FROM THE TOURISTY SPOTS. Go to where the locals go. Some of the best food and drink we had all week was from here. Thank you Alexander for serving us
