Cino

Solid 4.6 in a nicely finished upscale space and our server Malu made the visit extremely special. Very creative with well developed flavors. The Onaga Ceviche and Crispy Rice were killer. Might be the best Crispy Rice I have ever had. We also really enjoyed the Herb Pappardelle, Chicken Parmigiana alla Vodka and Rigatoni Bolognese. The Chicken could use a bit more sauce in the plating. We brought 2 excellent bottles of wine and Malu went out of her way to produce 4 fabulous wine glasses from the back, big thanks to her! Corkage is only $35. We were too stuffed for desert, so unbeknownst to us, Malu packed a Tiramisu take out for later. The Tiramisu was absolutely fabulous! Thank you Cino and Malu for a truly special experience!

I love Cino! It’s one of my favorite spots on the island and my go-to for both girls’ nights and date nights. The staff, bartenders, and hosts are always so friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Every time I come in, I feel well taken care of. The food is amazing. The beef tartare is a must-order for me every single time—it’s that good. I also love the hamachi. It’s incredibly fresh and has such a delicious burst of flavor. And if you’re a fan of espresso martinis, Cino has one of the best on the island. They also have a great wine selection and so many good drinks to choose from. The aesthetic and atmosphere are beautiful, making it the perfect place to catch up with friends or enjoy a date night. I always have a great experience here and can’t recommend it enough!

One of my favorite spots in Kaka’ako. I’ve never had a bad meal at Cino. Their friendly and welcoming staff will guide you through their menu and specials. Start your meal off with a finely crafted cocktail from their brilliant menu. The bartenders are experts at their craft and make cocktails on par with some of the top bars worldwide. For your meal, I highly recommend the pinwheel truffle pasta or the veal parmesan although you can’t go wrong with any of the pastas.

We had a lovely dinner at Cino in Honolulu. The crab pasta was delicious, and we also really enjoyed the roasted cauliflower and asparagus on the side. Everything we did receive was well prepared and flavorful. The only downside was that the service was quite slow, and our pork chop order seemed to have been missed. However, our server handled the situation very kindly and professionally, and they offered us a dessert as an apology, which we appreciated. Overall, the food was very good and the service recovery was thoughtful. I’d still recommend Cino, especially for the pasta and vegetable sides.

The service is great. The person we went with knows several people there so even though they were packed we were able to get a reserved spot at the bar. The seafood platter was delicious. Make sure you ask if the still have the oysters before you set you sights on getting it. They run out almost daily. Ordered several items to share with the three of us. The crab spaghetti was great. Filet was cooked perfectly and was very good. Chicken takes a little time so make sure you get the seafood platter to help with the wait. Seriously the chicken is crispy and moist. The Rigatoni Bolognese pasta was great. Very flavorful and pasta was not overcooked.

Wonderful dinner service here. The food was delicious and fresh. I'd recommend the oysters and steak tartar as appetizers. The Wagyu Ribeye on special was good but needed a bit more seasoning. The Branzino was very small and there were still many bones in the fish. The best part was dessert as the Tiramisu and Panna Cotta stole the show. The only drawback was the price. The portions were definitely petit other than the Veal Parmigiana. If you're okay with that, then you'll love this cozy little spot at Ward.
