Chili's Grill & Bar (4211 Waialae Ave)

Food was fine with lots of variety... However service was probably the worst I've had in a few years. Servers seemed like nice people, but no utensils given until we asked, ketchup was empty so I asked for a refill and they never came back, water cups were only filled up as we were just about done with our food. Bad experience, do better chilis.

Staff is great and always welcoming. Food is meh. Both the Steak and shrimp were overcooked and way over seasoned. Peppers and onions had zero seasoning steamed with no flavor. Margarita was good. Bartender was so friendly and attentive.

The food was good. Server was super nice. It was expensive. A hamburger, an appetizer and 2 strawberry shakes was almost eighty dollars. We were there for the experience , so it is what it is. I would recommend going to chiles if you're okay with a little bit higher cost. Portions are a good size though. You could easily share one order with a friend and still get plenty to eat.

The employees were amazing here, especially our waitress, her aloha spirit is one reason alone why id come back. Everyone seemed to work fast and in hurry and they stayed positive, but also THE FOOD WAS GREAT 😍, shout out to the chefs in the back lol 5* cooking from those people. 🙏🏾

Remember, the first time you went to Chili’s and discovered fajitas or whatever delicious thing your favorite was? If you haven’t been in a while, it’s time to go back. We stopped in here on our tour around the island because we don’t have a Chili’s where we live anymore. Truly, it felt like home. We first discovered Chili’s and were introduced to fajitas over 20 years ago in Tennessee. Those thin delicious tortillas chips changed our lives! I didn’t get a picture of dinner, but you already know what a triple dipper and quesadilla looks like. They were very good! We had to finish it off with a good old chocolate chip cookie skillet. You remember it. Warm chocolate gooey deliciousness. This Chilis definitely hits the mark and we will be back! Thank you Chili’s team! -John 3:17

The food is ok. It’s the same as all the other Chili’s. Good, quick American chain restaurant food. The atmosphere is not that desirable. Inside they have the AC on blast and outdoor seating is…well if you don’t mind kids screaming and loud people. You can take your pick but then again, Chilis is not the place you would go to for ambiance. The servers always do their best with what they have. You will normally have to wait a good 30 mins for your food to come out, at best. Longer if they’re busy. I don’t go to chilis a lot but if you want good portioned food and you don’t know what you want to eat, sure why not.

It was my first time dining at Chili’s, and overall the experience was a mix of great service but average food. We ordered the Triple Dipper appetizer with the Nashville hot mozzarella sticks, burger sliders, and Southwestern egg rolls. The mozzarella sticks were a bit over-seasoned and too spicy for what I expected, but the egg rolls were flavorful and crispy. The sliders were fine, though the buns tasted like they came straight from the freezer. For our mains, we got the two half racks of ribs and cheddar jalapeño sausage combo, plus Alex’s Santa Fe Burger. The portions were generous for the price, and the fries were actually fantastic, perfectly crisp and seasoned. The ribs fell off the bone, which was nice, but they lacked that extra depth of flavor that makes ribs memorable. The burger itself was okay, but the bun again had that frozen taste. The best part of the visit was the service, our server was incredibly thoughtful, quick, and friendly, which really made the experience enjoyable despite the food being hit or miss. Afterward, both of us felt a bit of indigestion, probably just from how heavy the meal was overall. I’d say Chili’s offers good value and excellent service, but the food didn’t quite meet my expectations this time.

This was a very nice location. The bottomless chips and salsa are always a perfect appetizer. We enjoyed the triple Fajita with beef, chicken and shrimp. The bacon chicken quesadillas are also very good. Since this is very close to the mall, there is plenty of parking.

There was no wait. Food was delicious. Nice place to come and watch any sports. They have several big screen tv by the bar. Our server did not come by to check on us. Our table wasn’t cleaned and underneath the table had a few used napkins. We didn’t make a big deal out of it. There plenty of parking. Nice place to dine after shopping.

Just a chain restaurant. Food was ok nothing to write home about. I normally enjoy the bone in wings but today when they brought it the wings looked great as usual but the blue cheese dressing was separating... we were told it was because it was under the heat lamp to long... but they brought us more and it was fresh but still separating... needless to say we didn't eat the wings. Fajitas were good and the mushrooms burger was also good. Not sure we will be going back.
