Chick-fil-A (1056 S Beretania St)

So many employees with drive thru only service, the attention each customer receives is quite good. Menu islimited, but understandable, and this business is competent at their core product - chicken sandwiches. However, breakfast menu items are not good at all. No lunch until after 1030am and strictly enforced. Drive thru only, no atmosphere, except tailpipe fumes. Prices are high. This is the most expensive fast food chicken sandwich period in this town.

Chick-fil-a without the chicken filet? I’ve never seen anything like this before. Worst dining experience ever!!! Defeats the purpose of closing on sundays.

They have nowhere for one to sit nor a restroom for customers to use, aside from this, everything was perfectly fresh and delicious. I ordered the spicy deluxe chicken sammich with fries and a coke. I also ordered chicken nuggets with fruit (fruit was sour) and a sprite. Aside from fruit everything was delicious.

I will never come back to this place again. I used the app to redeem a Free Reward and ordered biscuits. After waiting more than 30 minutes with nothing coming out, I finally asked what was going on. Apparently, the only thing that went through in their system was BBQ sauce. Seriously — how many people walk into a restaurant and order just BBQ sauce? What made it worse was that the staff at the counter didn’t offer a single word of apology. That tells me this kind of sloppy management is probably normal here. If you’re not capable of running a business properly, offering a “Free Reward” program is actually counterproductive. All it does is create more customers who never want to return to your brand. As of today, I’m one of them.

Drive thru only - never can go wrong with chic-fila - the egg white grill as a breakfast sandwich is their best healthy choice - very high in protein and just a very good sandwich overall.

I had several visits where they got my order wrong; either charge me for a meal when I just wanted a sandwich and a drink or I would order something and they didn't charge me at first and asked me to pay again. They offer nothing for the inconvenience and frustration for the simplest task you could have in food industry which is taking the order from the customer. Food is great, if only the employee's competence matched their food quality.

I ordered breakfast before 10:30am and was already in the drive-thru when they canceled my order because “breakfast ended.” That’s complete nonsense. Don’t take my order, make me wait in line, then pull it back because your clock flipped. That’s not a policy — that’s incompetence. Absolute waste of my time.

Used the drive through. The service was quick, friendly and efficient even with a decent line of cars. The only downside to this Chick-fil-A is their minimal space causing the drive thru line to feed into the road. I wouldn't hold that against the staff here. Also, on the plus side if the line stays you can get back on the road fairly easy on the other side.

One word sums up this place, mediocre. The drive thru whoever came up with this nonsense should be publicly shame because it is the stupidest idea in the history of fast food first your split into 2 lines Then a teenager drenched in sweat gives you a menu and attempts to take your order. After that, you have to merge back into one line And and then people behind you are getting their orders first. I'd like to know who was the genius behind this idea Because my God, it is the dumbest thing I've ever seen completely ruins a good Chicken Sandwich experience.
