Kind employees however they gave me a regular coke instead of diet and me and my husband felt unwell after eating 😢

I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. I ordered a meal with a Coke and a bottle of water, but was instead given a Coke and a Diet Coke. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff member insisted I needed to pay extra to add the bottle of water—even though it was part of my original order. After some back and forth, she eventually said, “Never mind,” but the interaction felt dismissive. Additionally, when I requested a straw, I was ignored. Throughout my time there, I observed that she did not greet me or any other customers who arrived after me. She appeared to be wearing a name tag that identified her as the Site Manager, which made the lack of courtesy and professionalism even more surprising. Her hat was worn low enough that her eyes were barely visible, which added to the impersonal nature of the service. This was, unfortunately, one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve had at this location. Based on this visit, I’ve revised my rating from 5 stars to 1 star.

Unbelievably long wait times. Like a bad joke. Tried to cancel my order through the app and couldn’t, so had to wait in line for 45 minutes. Insane, how can it take that long to cook any of their food???

waited 10min at the counter to order food while being ignored by workers. one of them gave me the mens bathroom code bc i have short hair. not coming back but food was ok

On a Tuesday evening at 730pm took over 30 minutes wait to get from just inside of the sidewalk, to picking up my mobile order at the drive thru window. Super slow. Definitely picking up in-store next time.

Food is always made fresh what i dont understand is why the drive through experience is different im on my motorcycle and I feel ignored so whoever works the drive through get your act together.

I went to order a burrito. And I told the woman at the counter I wanted one single burrito with a small sized hash brown. She kept insisting to make it a meal. However, I count calories and it would be a waste of food if I had 2 burritos. I told her I wanted sausage twice. But she put in the kiosk as bacon. So I walked out because the service worker was incompetent at her job and I have high standards when someone takes my order. I will go eat somewhere else. Plus they move really slow. The only good thing about this facility is that it’s clean.

Drive through took 18 minutes. There were only 2 cars in front of me. When I got to the window my order wasn't even ready. Two burgers. Cold fries. Unreal.

I save coupons $16.00 2 people can eat, but it doesn't come with drinks. Their coupons last about 2 months? I personally like this restaurant and we go through the drive through. Staff is awesome we feel comfortable going there. Know that once in a while a mistake can happen and that's Not to often. Do know that they work Very Hard and if you're order takes a minute or 3! Hot and fresh IS the minutes.

Nice staff! Went with my mom and shared a combo and the staff was kind enough to cut the burger in half for us. Burger and fries were hot and fresh!
