Baskin-Robbins (1450 Ala Moana Boulevard)

I ordered a few cakes in this location however whenever I tried to pick it up, they didn't have it at all.

Alamoana Shopping Center It's located next to The Cookie Corner. They were very kind and wrote "Baskin-Robbins" in katakana, lol. After some hesitation, I ended up buying a Häagen-Dazs.

Hours are wrong, went there at 9pm and they were closed. Don’t waste our time and fix your hours on Google Maps and your Website! It’s saying it closes at 10pm!!!

The ice cream did not taste as good as I’m used to from other Baskin-Robbins locations. The portion was smaller than expected. Overall, a disappointing experience that I will not repeat. August 10 2025

The staff here is the best staff I’ve spoken with. They are super friendly and sweet, not only that but they work efficiently. Very fast paced staff, everything was overall wonderful; prices are fair considering it’s in a mall. My new favorite place at Ala Moana, highly recommended.

The reason for 2 stars is we were helped by 2 of the workers. A girl and a boy. The girl helped my coworkers who did single scoops and her scoops were normal size that you normally get and expect. However we ordered a 2 scoop sundae and the boy who made it made the smallest scoops possible. My 2 scoop sundae was if anything half of the one scoop my coworkers received. It was ridiculous small and pathetic.....

Had such a great time at this Baskin Robbins! Located on the first floor of Ala Moana near Center Stage and Jungle Fun, this new addition is perfect for all visitors in need of a comforting, sweet treat. Reasonably priced for the mall, they have 31 flavors ready for you to indulge in! Ice cream cakes and prepacked pints are readily available in the freezer. Friendly and quick staff working; lines go by quickly. Only 1 set of tables to dine in on but you can always eat and walk on to your next venture in the mall. They do participate in the Baskin Robbins promotions so make sure you sign up for free ice cream!

Quick and courteous service. Not your traditional cups, but worth every sip and $.😋 …

Went to view the grand opening of the Ala Moana location, everyone greeted with a smile and were attentive. Glad to see Coney making an appearance as well.

Best ice cream ever. I had the salted vanilla ice cream with caramel filled chocolate sea turtles. Amazing! I’m sad I won’t be able to get this back home. 100% go here instead of the other options. It’s expensive but so worth it as a treat while on holidays.
