Update (special S/O): I made a mistake when ordering online and received an error indicating the order may not have gone through. I was surprised that the manager personally answered when I called to check on my order. The manager stayed positive and calm the whole time we spoke, even though this location was experiencing IT problems and heavy customer load at the time. I was even more surprised when the manager waived a cost I should have paid and then personally delivered my pizza. This was especially impressive, since I am an infrequent customer with a small order. He definitely went above and beyond what most businesses do for customers. I greatly appreciate it and highly recommend this location to other customers. Previous comment: Super fast delivery. Hot and fresh pizza. Great hand-tossed crust and savory sauce

Super supreme pan pizza was good. Only drawback was the greasy crust, but I guess that’s how the pan crust is made. Chicken Alfredo was good also and came with breadsticks. I recommend trying the super supreme pizza.

I was overjoyed when coming to this pizza hut. Orders were quick and yummy. They were sure to provide me with extra cheese packets, very thoughtful. I felt very welcomed when this tiny Filipino lady helped me thoroughly with my service. Much better than the raggedy Jack in the Box over at Moanlaua Shopping Center. Thank you to this Pizza Hut for supplying me on all my football watch parties! Atmosphere kind of sucks because it is a hole in the wall basically, but it is way better than the Jack in the Box at Moanalua Shopping Center.

I recently attended kona ironman on the big island. I then flew back to honolulu and stayed close to the airport for an early departure. I got a cab into the closest supermarket which had the pizza hut nearby.l ordered a taxi to return to my hotel which after an hour and a half finally arrived. I was very stressed out and scared as it was getting on dusk,l was so tired and ready to lose my shit after being approached by someone asking for a few dollars. I got asked by a few delivery drivers who noticed I'd been waiting for a long if I was okay, and if l needed help. I would like to say a huge thankyou to all that offered help, you guys were amazing and helped an old girl flying back to Australia the next morning feel much better, so thankyou a few kind words got me through xxx

Not sure what is going on with this Pizza Hut location on Ala Lilikoi Street... I ordered via the Pizza Hut app and entered the store after the app said my order was ready. However, I was told that the pizza was not ready. I waited 25 minutes before my pizza was handed to me, with no apology for makine me wait. When I arrived home, I took a slice out and it was not hot at all and the pizza was not properly cut. I guarantee my pizza was sitting on the side for a while, despite the employee telling me that it wasn't ready. While there, there was another irate customer who inquired about his pizza. He was waiting for over 30 minutes.

I was apprehensive at first, as I haven't actually ordered from Pizza hut in a very long time. Should have gone with this Pizza Hut a long time ago. My order was correct, the driver contacted me to confirm it was en route, showed up quickly, and the food was hot, visually appealing, and tasted great. Very pleased with my experience. Of note, this was on a Monday evening around 730pm.

I just ordered the pizza box with pasta needless to say pizza was all smashed Alfredo sauce was all over the pizza because the pasta wasn't closed. This happens to many times.

The last two times (the time before that was too long ago) we have ordered we did the treat box and delivery was quick with a nice driver, food was hot and tasty and we were very satisfied! The dominos nearby always disappoints us and Papa Johns is so overpriced for what you get. We feel like Pizza Hut is much more reasonable.

Stayed at a nearby hotel and ordered Pizza Hut delivery. Best pizza and chicken wings I had in a long, long time. Delivered hot, quick. Driver was super polite! 👍👍👍😁 …
