McDonald's - Haleiwa (Kam Hwy)

Had the best customer experience out of any McDonalds I’ve ever been to, and it was solely because of our drive-thru attendant Abby who went above and beyond to make our time magical. She was thorough, engaging and incredibly nice. 10/10 will go back to McDonalds but only when Abby is working

Very hateful, have to get a key to the restroom. The line was so long we ended up going somewhere else ridiculous if you are a customer, you should have immediate access to a restaurant even if it’s just to wash your hands before you eat you should not have to wait more than 10 minutes to just wash your hands.

Our food came quickly, however, there is only one single stall restroom for the entire restaurant. Also asked for a refill of my pop (as a dine in customer) and was told they don’t give refills, their policy since COVID.. No self serve station for napkins, condiments, etc.

I arrived and couldn't figure out why it smelled so strongly of urine; then I went inside and realized why: their restrooms aren't working—you can't even wash your hands! My kids ended up having to pee on the fence, too. 🤪 The staff are rude and rip people off—they don't include everything you ordered in your bag! I definitely do not recommend going there.

At the end of the day, you don’t go to McDonald’s for a Michelin star experience but’s it’s usually quick, cheap, and convenient. The line was incredibly long at the drive thru but I ended up getting my food twice without paying extra because of a glitch in the app so that was nice. I personally really enjoy the McFlurrys and breakfast options.

They looked at us as homeless. Followed every step of us, including the bathroom....no charging for your phone. The tables were dirty. The coffee was excellent. Outdoor seating is missing.

Unacceptable restroom situation for a major tourist location. There is only one restroom for the entire restaurant, resulting in extremely long lines. On top of that, the restroom was not clean and clearly not being maintained properly. For a place serving large numbers of families, children, and tourists, this is a serious hygiene and accessibility issue, not a minor inconvenience. Long waits and unsanitary conditions are unacceptable and reflect a lack of proper management.

Every craving attack satisfied. May it be once month, week or just convenient.🌺 🍟 🍔 🍳 🥞 🍚 🍟🍦 Whether my taste buds are craving One item. HOT🔥 Fresh french fries!! Sausage McMuffin no egg morning. The lunch meal with Big-Mac, fries, & the classic one and only Coca-Cola fountain soda🥤. Drive thru received a welcoming aloha voice super nice service. Food was hot fresh and always delish when. You want to satisfy a late night or specific item. This location is the spot! Every time visit was splendid! Served with an aloha smile, service, and food.

It is a McDonald's.... why do they need a restroom reserved for the crew???? The line was so long. The food came faster than it to wait in the rest room line. This is not acceptable management!!!

It’s a different McDonald’s here. We used the drive-thru to order a cup of iced coffee. It tasted watered down but maybe it was customized to the local area.
