Taco Bell - Waipahu (Farrington Hwy)

Very great place to eat! Peaceful. Got. My order right!! The line was long because they were busy . I Got my order in a good time! Staff was friendly.

I mean, it's a taco bell. They changed their booth seats to those hard wood ones so it's not very comfortable. Restaurant was clean and every time I stop in it is pretty empty in there.

Ordered #12. Bean burrito, taco, and chips but got a quesadilla, taco, and cheese dip but no chips.

Went to eat at the refurbished Taco Bell. Nice. Noticed one of the AC vent ducts on the east side of the store is very dirty. This should be tended to because of sanitary conditions. Enjoyed the food.

Carla isn't a good cashier, please find someone who can hear properly and won't flick your receipt...

Quick and efficient staff, especially when ordering through their app. Lots of parking, but watch out for the line of cars at Popeyes next door. You can easily get stuck in it if you go the wrong way.

Lazy workers with no line in store or drive thru refused to give small online order thru the drive thru…. Made to pull around and get out to get an order over staffed and underworked apparently Waste of time and energy

I would seriously love the food here - if not for the scam of the meals! It doesn't make sense at all how beef is supposedly cheaper here than chicken??!?!? Like whuts! The system is so so weird. Even adding veggies requires money and the exchange it does for cheese.... all so weird._. Just get the taco or burrito or whichever tickles your fancy but DO NOT GET THE MEAL.

Bad bad bad customer service! My other half had politely asked for extra sauce and the lady threw the sauces in the bag and was coming off so very rude. Do not work in a fast food place if you do not have the patience for your customers.

This is the best Taco Bell I’ve been to. There’s always issues with the others here on Oahu. Especially the ones in town; poor service, low quality etc., Most are scoring low in the basics of service. But this Waipahu location is consistently good with service and quality. My nacho bell grande chips are always crunchy and the toppings are well balanced. When I bite in to the burritos I’m getting more than just tortilla with every bite…employees there are good people. Good management for sure. Hawaii Kai location is my second option. A little inconsistent at times but they’re pretty good too.
