If you have questions about the new menu ask otherwise you may mot get an answer. All around fast food has become exactly that.. Fast food and pretty much in and out. I was fortunate, I asked and I got my answer (new menu took me by surprise) lol. P. S. very excited to get a mini salad back (no regular Ranch though)

The food is always good. The service was trash. They forgot half of my order. Terrible service and no pride in doing their job.

Their drive-thru folks are always on point. They hustle to get the orders out. Even if there is a line, it moves along nicely!

For a taco bell - they did almost exactly average. Indoor seating closed by the time we got there, but unlike many fast food joints, it was their actual advertised hours. Also, I couldn't understand the person on the other end of the fast food intercom cause she kept wearing a mask.

If you want the worst service available on island be sure to stop by this Taco Bell and ask for Michelle. Came here for food on the go, had two orders, one of which being a mobile order. They messed up and only gave me one bag with half my items. When I knocked on the door to inform them of their mistake, they told me that I had to go back into line in the drive-through to wait another 10 minutes for them to fix the mistake. Once I got to the window, the manager wouldn’t even talk to me and had the young, innocent employee, who helped me at the door/relayed her initial message make up further mistake. As a former Taco Bell employee I’m not surprised at how underperforming the management is at this Taco Bell, I’ll be sure to never come back and make that recommendation to anyone who asks going forward.

Pulled up at 1140pm, but found the building locked up and dark. However, the hours clearly state that they close at 1am. I have entered a suggestion to correct those hours as per my experience

This Taco Bell is usually really on it... But not today. It's $1.10 extra to get a Wild Cherry Freeze instead of a medium fountain drink. This is how the freeze looked by the time I brought it home. Kids were disappointed. They also forgot to put the taco sauce in the bag. The worker there was very nice and friendly. I tried the power menu bowl for the first time and I really like it.

It's actually a decent place. I go there every once in a while and the employees seem nice. The service is better than most fast food places I have gone to.
