Panda Express - Waipahu (Lumiaina St)

Absolutely the BEST customer service and the most delicious food I’ve ever had at any Panda Express location! Every single time I come here, the team is consistently friendly, welcoming, and on point. You can feel the positive energy immediately—from the moment I walk in or even just call ahead. That kind of service is rare, and they truly set the standard. And let’s talk about the food… it just hits different here. You can genuinely taste the care, effort, and pride they put into every dish. Even though it’s a franchise, this location stands out—it feels like they’re putting heart and soul into everything they serve. Huge thank you to the entire team for always being kind, professional, and bringing such great vibes. You make every visit a great experience. I don't know who cooked our food today but my wife and I both agree they need a raise! It was fresh, well seasoned and left us both wishing we could've eaten more. The service was fast and friendly, which is good, but the food was knock-your-socks-off, delicious today! We will be back to this location if this is the level of service and quality maintained as the standard at this store. (We visited on 22 January 2026 at 1130.)

Went to Panda Express on Resurrection Day. Bummers, service took long. Greens were not ready. Still waiting … while they helped two ladies in front of me, unsure what the wait was for? By the time I started ordering people started coming in and the line grew after that. The eggplant was dowsed in sauce, no tofu= why ? (This was a takeout, didn’t pay attention to the “no tofu”) The other plate ordered was orange chicken and fried rice and chow fun, the rice was very flakey dry. Tried to review in app, but couldn’t find a place to do so. First time in a very long time to Waikele Panda Express. Shucks, not a great experience for fast food dining. See pictures.
