Panda Express - Waipahu (Ka Uka Blvd)

Panda Express used to be way better. My partner and I each had a bigger plate with 3 items and chow mein. Everything was pretty flavorless and all tasted like stale oil. No differentiating flavors. Even the spicy items were flavorless and bland. The eggrolls were super stale and gross too. This is our 3rd and final visit this year. I don't know what's happened, always the same low quality nowadays.

I am now using the Panda APP. and it is cheaper. (Bigger plate) This Location was never my favorite (the one close to Costco) BUT, it has got BETTER FOOD is cooked better AND , they are giving MORE (vs before) I do not know what changed ... But, I will be back. Before my Favorite location was Ewa Beach. :)

Always great service at this location & the food is always fresh & hot. Jane an employee told us about the Panda App & helped us & waited patiently for us to download it so we could get a discount. She was so helpful & accommodating! Now we will use our Panda App all the time thanks to Jane at Panda Express Waipio Hawaii.

Aloha peoples; so we all know what Pandas offers and it's straight up Cali style chinese or Asian food that is good and usually always satisfying. Don't get me wrong it's not true chinese but it's still good. This location sometimes can be quick and good but sometimes the staff can be slow or unattentive to it's customers that are in line. They worry more about phone orders,and to me that's a no no. You must focus on customers in front of you always.

Surprisingly huge space. The restaurant is clean, the food is hot and delicious, and the customer service is outstanding.
