If I could put negative stats I would. This was only my SECOND time at this location getting a drink and the lady at the register was SO RUDE for absolutely no reason the first time I let it slide because whatever but today I went paid with card she pushed the screen at me mind you it didn’t even turn all the way at me and then it asked if I wanted a receipt like any other place does and I pressed print and then she turned around and was all mad and had this horrible attitude from the second we walked in and then she started raising her voice at me because I pressed print and I then say I wanted my receipt and she proceeded to yell not to touch the screen

Ordered fried saimin and a bento box. Both we're excellent. Highly recommend you try this place

9/27/25 I ordered large party tray meat jun costing $130+ for my son's bday party. what i got was a large tray half filled with cabbage and half meat jun that's not even good. Sauce is watered down. I feel scammed. Don't order meat jun here or you'll be disappointed - never again for me.

Ordered three plates: shrimp fried rice, loco moco with over easy egg all rice, and a kalua pig and cabbage plate all rice. Had to return twice because the kalua pig plate had Mac salad and the second time they just scooped the Mac salad out and there were still remanents of it. Finally got them to remake the plate as I am allergic. And once we got home, realized that the loco moco had no egg. Called 15 minutes before closing to just order another loco moco since our order was messed up, and after the phone ringing for 6 minutes, they said they are closed (before 7pm).

Fair environment. Get customer every minute. Friendly staff helped us. Bbbiigg servings at most locations but this one is even bigger!

Went on Wednesday afternoon for lunch had the cheeseburger deluxe is very good flavor was good. Now did order the garlic cheese french fries . They were disgusting very little cheese garlic was burnt. The french fries were short little leftovers pieces very hard probably from the day before and they just refried them was very disappointed. Since L & L usually has good quality food these particular items were not good only the cheese burger . And now these days prices of eating out not cheap will not go here again. Will just go McDonald's

Fast decent quality Hawaiian food and decent prices make this a winner. Restaurant was clean and staff was lovely.

This L&L is THE BEST food out of all of the ones I've been to on this island. Their fried rice is amaze-balls and the garlic chicken is exceptional! I've have other dishes too that are so delicious. I've eaten the same recipes at other L&L franchises and it's good, but not as good as this place. You really don't want to miss it!
