Jamba Juice - Waipahu (Lumiaina St.)

Depending on who is working, you will have a wildly different experience. When the one, short, friendly girl is working, the line moves well and orders are correct. When the teenage-looking boy is working, you need to repeat the order several times before he can ring it up. They are usually slammed on weekends, long lines and trash all on the floor. Three stars to average the experiences I have had there. I really like to get the Greens & Ginger smoothie. It's always good! Do not recommend trying to order ahead.

I placed a mobile order and walked in to find trash everywhere, a full bin, and several employees just standing around. I told one of them I had a mobile order—she kept joking and barking orders, then turned her back and ignored me. I stood at the pickup counter waiting. Eventually, another girl came out and asked if I’d been helped. Only then did they decide to start making my order—after I gave my name. On top of that, there were no strawberries and one other item not available. Really frustrating experience. Other locations I’ve been to are way better than this.

I visited this location on 8 September at 4:10PM, and the floor and seating area was absolutely filthy, and the store smelled terrible. Based on the smell and cleanliness of the shop, I didn't feel comfortable ordering food here, so I left.

We live in the area and come here all the time. The staff are always so great, and I love the bag art!

Went to pay with gift cards today and was told there was no money on either gift cards. After speaking multiple times with the cashier that they were new gift cards and they had not been used at all and there should be $ 50 in credit, I was asked if there was another form of payment. My daughter got these gift cards from family members who knew she loved Jamba Juice. After waiting 20 minutes for multiple people to figure out how to use these gift cards, they were finally able to figure it out. Needless to say, won’t be going to this Jamba Juice store anytime soon. Customer service is lacking and the fact that we were told there was no money on either gift cards was disappointing. Best part is we did not get either gift card back and I know there was money still left on the gift card. It just wasn’t worth the effort. Sad to say this company has taken a turn for the worse.

Jeremiah at the cash register is unprofessional. Same with the girl at drink hand-off. Seems like he doesn't want to be there and that he was on something. He got my order wrong. Would be helpful if he could repeat the order back. Location was also hot inside which is weird for a place you go to cool down.

I regularly order a medium peanut butter mood with a whey protein boost for an extra $0.25, which typically upgrades the size to a large because of the whey protein. Today when I received my order, the employee gave me a medium size cup instead or the typical large size. This tells me one of the two outcomes: the employee either did not add the whey protein boost to my order, or the employee decided to fill the medium cup and threw away the extra with asking me if I wanted it or not. Regardless, I'm disappointed with the service. Jamba Juice, you can keep my $0.25 and I'll add an extra 1 star review 😉

Most of the drinks are way too sweet and could hardly be considered "healthy." The smoothie was so sweet that the taste was unpleasant and made me feel sick. The ingredients weren't blended properly, either. Even my old blender makes smoother drinks. I guess that's what I get for going to a chain store instead of a local juice bar
