Jamba Juice - Waipahu (Kupuohi St. Kunia Shopping Center)

If i could give this a negative star I would. I haven’t visited this location in awhile but since I was in the area and it was hot I decided to come here instead of Starbucks! How I wish I did! I visited around 2pm, no one in the location. The only worker had no customer service, didn’t say thank you or asked if I needed anything else. I am in customer service with employees and I monitor them and make sure they greet and say thank you and smile! This girl has no business being in customer service if she has a sour puss face! I will make sure I don’t visit this place and tell my family and friends too!

Fave Location! My Go to- Da White Gummi Bear jamba juice=D & their Impossible Sandwhich is better than starbucks sorry starbucks lol! Cant wait to try their new menu item spring veggie:o. Also Awesum Service here! Aloha

Let's just say this location is rock bottom and only way now is up. They need to update their hours, apparently they close at 5pm everyday though online reflects 7pm.

Went in at 5:53pm. Workers weren’t very happy or welcoming. Apparently they close in 5 minutes and didn’t want my business. They should really update their hours on google because they will continue to have customers coming in at “closing.”

I do not like conflict and usually even if I am upset with the quality of service I try to just let it go because everyone has bad days, but it has been happening more and more and I am disappointed. Below is a picture of a small oatmeal honey and strawberries, you can see that it is in no way full, the fruit do not even cover the top and it is floating in liquid honey. (This is after they got my order wrong for the fruit and I got a snarky reply okay I’ll change it, like I am at fault somehow 😔) I can manage my expectations but how low does the bar go!?

Friendly staff, and my smoothie was soooooo good.. Took my niece here after her high school graduation (still in her grad gear) and the staff her gave her a complimentary smoothie. Mahalo guys.

This is the WORST Jamba Juice location that I have ever went to. I ordered 2 smoothies. One of the employees made my juice really watery and the other employee did a good job. The employee who made the watery smoothie didn't stay at the counter long enough to hear what ingredients I wanted in my smoothie. He just walked away and started making it while I was giving the other employee my order. The place did not look that clean on the inside. The 2 employees did not seem like they were on the same page. On my way home, one of the drinks started to separate at the lower half of the cup. Just AWFUL!!! Just the worst experience I have ever had. I will always love Jamba Juice but I will never visit this location again!

They were quick, efficient, and the smoothies and bowl turned out great. All that I would hope from a jamba so I’m pretty happy. Wish they were all this fast.

Customer service is always great at the location. I've never had any problems, but can someone please answer the store phone. I ordered a Aloha Pineapple for a co-worker this morning only to find out she said they made a mistake and that it wasn't her usual Aloha Pineapple. I wanted to contact them before coming back, but the store phone has yet to be answered by somebody and we've been calling for the last 4 hours.
