Jack in the Box - Waipahu (Moloalo St)

Half of the time I order either through drive through or online they always seem to mess up my order. For example I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Tater Melt munchie meal and they gave me the wrong sandwich. I have gotten the wrong sandwich multiple times and I am tired of driving back to get my order right. The only reason I come is for convenience but genuinely wouldn't want to come back.

They have no one working today lmafo, two cars waited at the order menu for 30 min

I got the jack pack meal. Two side options were included, and they only gave me three onion rings. And the chicken is very dark; they should change their oil regularly. They didn't give me napkins or ketchup.👎🏼

$11 for a sourdough breakfast sandwich with a single very thin slice of ham and what appeared to be a shriveled fried egg. There are much better food options elsewhere.

Happened once, let it slide. Happened twice, it’s NOT ok. The first time I ordered MONSTER COOKIE SHAKES (shakes blended with chips ahoy syrup and Oreo cookie crumbs, topped with whipped cream and more Oreo cookie crumbs), but I have received the MACADAMIAN NUT SHAKES. The second time I have ordered MONSTER COOKIE SHAKES (shakes blended with chips ahoy syrup and Oreo cookie crumbs, topped with whipped cream and more Oreo cookie crumbs), but I have received the MIDNIGHT SNACK SHAKES (shakes with m&m’s and pretzels and cookie crumbs). And it’s online orders so it should have showed and I called before I ordered and asked and the lady said “yes we have the monster cookie shake”, PLEASE know your menu… (Photos are from the second time it has happened)

Came through the drive thru and cashier forgot to give our $5 change. My bf went in to the store to retrieve the change and the employees started talking badly about my bf in their native tongue not knowing my bf can understand it. Manager was present at the time. Learn how to discipline your employees as it is embarrassing and bad for the business. We always come to this store and the customer service is lacking every time. If I can give 0 star, I would have every time I go to this store. I’m always missing something: an item, condiments, and now change.

No complaints. Ordered my food, paid for my food, and got my food. Service was nice and friendly. We didn't have to wait long in the drive thru. The order was correct and everything was there. All of the food tasted exactly how it should.

I just arrived at the drive-thru to order an ultimate burger meal with curly fries and a drink. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed that the curly fries are often served lukewarm and appear overcooked. I always get the fries like that all the time 😔

great jack in the box. fast and friendly staff members. everytime i go to this jack in the box the service is fast for the order size i place.
