Closed dining room around 7 despite advertising until 10

Door says open inside until 10pm, went in on a normal week, not a holiday, at 7:30 and they were closed. False Advertisement.

You're better off going to Taco Bell or another fast food place for food. The atmosphere in this shop was nice and clean

I ordered an egg and cheese croissant this morning and got charged for a supreme croissant (2 meats removed instead of 1). The screen was broken so I couldn’t see the charge. When I picked up the sandwich the woman was smirking like she was getting away with something. This was the saddest looking egg and cheese sandwich i’ve ever seen - there were no offers for double egg or cheese and I just got a falling apart sandwich for almost $8. I’m giving 2 stars because I’m nice and I like croissants.

This is like my sixth time coming to this place and you still can't get my order , correct. Cash register, she did her job correctly but the cook.I don't know what are they doing.Expect me to eat this.I'm allergic to lettuce

Because they didn't have regular fries in stock, they were charging customers for the curly fries when combo meals were ordered. I had coupons from midweek, $20 for family of 4, $13.99 for 2 combo meals, and 1 $7.99 order of sourdough meal.. cashier rang up my total at $83.79...really???? Where was my coupon prices? She stated it was cause of curly fries. Called the manager, after 32 mins, my total bill was like $40.70 and never got my drinks for my 2 combo meals. Will NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!

For the most part, this location is good. The reason for my 3☆ is because the restaurant is nearly never clean. The trash is always overflowing and the entire floor: entryway, entire dining room including restroom, is ALWAYS slippery. It's like they mopped the floor with grease. Even when I worse an anti-slip shoes, it is still slippery. That is a huge problem. I've previously made a complaint about it on the customer survey and it was completely ignored. I guess it means if I actually do slip and fall there, I can press charges on the company cause it's clearly ignored.

Seriously? Went through drive through. This is supposed to be a spicy chicken sandwich. Also, there was no receipt in the bag. I guess that’s how you hide roadside robbery.

The young lady looked and spoke like she'd rather be anywhere but work. The attention to order accuracy was very poor. I attempted to park and go in to get the order rectified, but the doors were locked. Mind you, it was only 5:45 pm. I had to go back throughbthe drive thru line. Unfortunately, lack of order accuracy is becoming more common with fast food establishments.
