I genuinely love this location because it feels like a community. The staff are always so kind and somehow remember conversations we’ve had before, which makes every visit feel really personal. And so far they’ve always had offered really good recommendations of things to try! Even though it’s smaller than some of the other Down to Earth locations, they still have a great selection of vegetarian and vegan products, produce, supplements, and prepared foods. They also have great weekly sales and samples. Parking is easy, the staff are wonderful, and it’s one of my favorite places to shop ◡̈ If you have food intolerances or are vegetarian, you MUST shop here.

After our Appointments in town, my very good friend suggested we stop by Down to Earth to get a few snacks for us and veggies for her cute button nosed bunny. Down to Earth had all my favorite snacks in stock today so i was very happy. Always clean, well stocked and a great friendly staff, its always a joy to shop here. Being originally from Aiea, its one of my favorite places to be. I can always find something that tastes good and is good for you here because there is a always vast selection of nice choices to choose from. I love picking up new eco Bags especially with Pineapple prints or Heather Brown designs are among my favorites. Also i love seeing new colors to choose from with hydroflask as well. Kitchen goods and vitamins/supplements selection are excellent. I love the greeting cards here as well. Its so nice I sometimes use them to display as artwork by inserting them in a frame and decorating the borders with shells I collected at the Beach. Parking here is a breeze- lots of stalls to choose from. Check out their great sales ads when you sign up online. Nice recipes are sent as well and classes for those interested in their offerings. I love carrying them because they fit exactly what I need nice and light. I am unable to carry heavy things so it’s perfect!

Down to Earth has been one of my go-to spots for years. As someone who eats plant-based, it’s honestly one of the easiest and most reliable places to grab snacks, lunch or groceries all in one stop. The deli is consistently good, the staff is always kind, and I really appreciate how many healthy options they carry that are actually convenient for real everyday life. I’ve been a DTE fan for over a couple decades at this point! It’s just one of those places that becomes part of your routine because it’s dependable, easy, and always has something good.

Honestly, this place feels like our second kitchen. Whenever we don’t cook at home, this is always our go-to spot 😁 I love that they offer a wide variety of healthy drink options—from no-carb and no-sugar choices to lower-sugar alternatives—plus nutritious snacks and yummy deli/hot items. I often recommend this place to our patients who enjoy flavored drinks but are also mindful of their health, skin, and overall wellness.

Super nice grocer we got a açaí bowl 🥥 we have had better at other establishments that were only acai bowl places but great and refreshing. We also chose the mango 🥭sticky rice shake. Not sure what I was expecting but it was not that. 4/10. Still has sooo much to try the cookies. 🤌💯 the bread. 😮‍💨 worth the visit.

Vegetarian grocery store with quick grab and go food options as well. We love coming here for their hot bar and coffee. It's actually our favorite coffee place in the Aiea area! They also have smoothies, smoothie bowls, pizzas, sandwiches, and more. They have kiosks where you can order food or you can order ahead on their app. I would highly recommend their deluxe smash burger and ʻuala shake!

Sorry no pictures. I stop by a couple times a week to get lunch. For reference, I am not vegetarian, however am happy to try new things. Today I ordered a fresh juice and a smash burger with cheddar cheese. It was soooo good. My friend commented how amazing it smelled. Wish I ordered two

One of the largest selections of vegan options I've ever seen. The hot lunch buffet is so delicious. Once I realised they offer different options every day, I kept wanting to return. The danger is that you end up wanting to try a bit of everything, and it comes at a cost! It's hard not to come here feeling excited and walking out with products you didn't have on your grocery list.

So much good stuff in here, vegetarian and vegan paradise. Open from 6:30am too! Always enjoy the vegan Reuben sandwich here and the new spicy "chicken" sandwich was good to share. Outside tables and clean bathrooms and more seating upstairs. Free WiFi available.

Love Down to Earth. Fresh! Fresh fresh. The food is so delicious. Today I was in the area for an appointment and I new I would find my plantains, but I was looking for green plantains. They didn't have any🙁. They had lots of ripped ones. But i still strolled around a few before leaving to head to my neighborhood DTE . The first time I walked into this store I was in awe. It still takes my breathe away. Prices have been climbing for many businesses. But still the best quality.
