Menu Highlights & Must-Try Dishes
At the heart of their operation is the Loring™ roaster, which processes small, daily batches of beans sourced from across the Hawaiian Islands and beyond. When you visit, keep these favorites on your radar:
- Tuna Caper Sandwich: A local favorite served on fresh, crusty sourdough bread. Guests frequently praise the perfect balance of savory tuna and the bright, briny pop of capers.
- Fresh-Baked Scones: These are widely considered the gold standard for a quick breakfast. They are consistently moist, flaky, and pair beautifully with a bold pour-over coffee.
- Hibiscus Tea: For those looking for a caffeine-free refresher, this floral and tangy beverage is a standout. It’s light, vibrant, and incredibly refreshing under the Maui sun.
Insider Dining & Tips

If you love what you drink, take home a bag of their estate-grown Hawaiian beans—they make for one of the most authentic souvenirs you can find.

Awesome Coffee and sandwich restaurant!
Great stop first off our flight from Phoenix to Honolulu. Recommended by friends who had been here a few times. My wife and I split the Tuna Caper Sandwich on sourdough bread with 2 Arnold Palmer ice teas. Fun and friendly atmosphere!

Hibiscus tea is a must
Stopped here near the OGG airport while we had time to kill. Staff was awesome and it had a great vibe. Lots of options for bagels and coffee. The hibiscus tea was extremely good.
