Angels Ice Cream

We came to this place 4 times on our 6 day stay because we loved it so much. Everything was delicious! We got lots of the ice cream flavors and a bunch of shave ice and it was all amazing, and the prices aren’t crazy.

This was by far the best Shave Ice we had on the Island. We tried several as it was one of our parties favorite treats. We are making it a point to stop at Angel’s again before leaving. Angel and her staff were very friendly and if you haven’t tried this stop yet make sure you do!

My family and I own AZ VOLCANO SHAVE ICE & ICE CREAM in Phoenix, Arizona. We’re very new to the business so we came to Hawaii for some inspiration and to pick up a few tips and tricks. Angels blew us away! The consistency of their ice is incredibly soft and like nothing I’ve ever tried before, including other spots on Oahu. I had to immediately leave a review to share this experience because it was absolutely amazing. I had Ube ice cream at the bottom and Azuki beans and sweetened condensed milk on top and the whole experience was perfect. Really friendly staff as well. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Friendly service at least 😅 but oof that was not worth the stop. The Halo was aesthetically fun… the best tasting part about it was the whipped topping. That’s a bit sad to say. The vanilla ice cream center was bland, the syrups tasted cheap, like very pungent attempts at what some food scientists guessing at why a specific flavor might be. Icky, honestly I would skip the syrup. We also got a vanilla soft serve with sprinkles. I always think soft serve has a very subtle flavor but it’s nice… this was not that. It was as if they forgot to mix any flavor in at all. I have never tasted something so devoid of flavor in my life. It was almost a novelty in that regard!

One of the best ice-cream shops on Oahu! Make sure you have a credit or debit card since they don't take cash! Try the shake made with Kona Coffee and Kona Chocolate ice-cream!😉🤙 …

So so delicious! We’ve been to O’ahu many times and must say, this is the best shaved ice we’ve ever had! Staff were friendly, service was fast, the place isn’t all over social media which is a pity because it would have as many likes as the other popular touristy places! It was recommended to us by the boys at Seven Brothers (Kahuku) and the option we got was with ice cream, condensed milk, mango syrup and passion fruit jelly! Absolutely delicious and def one we will visit again before we leave the North Shore! Mahalo for the friendly service!!!

Shared a multi-colored gi-hugous shaved ice with whipped cream (and sweetened condensed milk). Melts in your mouth! Also serves Hawaiian flavors of hard ice cream: various macadamia and local fruit flavors (mango, Ube, honeydew).

We absolutely loved this ice cream! 💜 The flavors are amazing, but the UBE stole our hearts – it’s such a nostalgic taste from childhood. The portions are generous, the quality is great, and the price is just right. Highly recommend everyone to give it a try – you’ll fall in love too! …

My family and I tried at least 5 different shaved ice places, and Angel’s has them all beat!! The ice is the softest, most incredible texture of velvety smooth ice, like perfect snow, and the syrups weren’t overdone. The syrup didn’t drain all to the bottom either, so no need for the straw. The three employees were all so very welcoming, making us feel like family! 10 out of 5, absolutely coming back again! :)

We've been to Laie a few times and love shave ice. Angel’s is amazing. Their ice is soft, velvety smooth and the syrup was perfect flavor but not too heavy or sweet. Get the lime and cherry, and our family also loved the blue coconut, guava and mango. Its our new go-to stop and one of the all time best!!
