Maui Breakfast Food Truck
About
Sunrise Flavors on the West Side
Start your morning in Lahaina with the island’s most reliable quick-service breakfast stop. While the town is often associated with elaborate sit-down brunches, this food truck cuts through the noise by focusing on high-quality, made-to-order Hawaiian breakfast staples. The smell of sizzling Portuguese sausage and freshly cracked eggs greets you before you even step up to the window.
Locally Inspired Morning Fuel
The menu highlights local favorites, featuring generous portions of classic Loco Moco and buttery, griddled pancakes topped with locally sourced tropical fruits. You will find that the consistency of their breakfast burritos makes them a go-to for surfers and visitors heading out for a day of snorkeling or hiking in the West Maui Mountains. The coffee is robust and hot—a necessity for early risers looking to beat the island heat.
The Lahaina Breakfast Experience
Operating in an open-air environment, the truck offers a casual, no-frills setting that captures the true pace of island life. Expect a modest wait during peak weekend hours, and keep in mind that parking near the site can get a bit congested as the town wakes up. It is the perfect spot for those who prefer to eat their meal on a nearby seawall while watching the Pacific, rather than waiting for a table at a crowded resort cafe. If you are seeking an authentic, efficient, and flavorful start to your Maui day, this is your primary destination.

Food was delicious, high quality. One of us got a burrito and the eggs were real eggs and not the yellow bag eggs which was great. The Portuguese sausage was so good. Pricing is great and service was quick. A good experience and one of the best food trucks tried.

Opens at 8am through 12 noon, not 7am. Ordered the Classic with Portuguese sausage & Kimchee Fried Rice. Eggs were Over Easy, which were beautiful! Fresh, piping hot foods served on plates. After a photo, we quickly slid into the car to eat (and avoid the flies). Amazing and so tasty! Kimchee is a little sweet and quite spicy for spice wimps like me. Everything on the menu looked good so it took me a minute to decide. Only 1 customer before us, so our order took under 10 min. Drip coffee is only 50 cents, basically covers the cost of the cup & lid. Solid flavor, not too weak. Plenty of parking on the gravel lot. Though, the lot does fill up with cars quickly, and empties quickly as well. Gorgeous ocean views. Two covered areas to eat, but in the car with AC on is my preferred location. We are already planning to go back for breakfast again!

My family and I tried this place from a recommendation from a local’s YouTube vlog. If I had any complaints, it would be that it was about 35 minutes from our condo! 😂 The food was phenomenal!! We went twice! We got the Phat Betty Breakfast Sando, the Action Sando, the French Toast, and the all you can meat burrito! The French toast was made from Hawaiian sweet bread and it was so light and fluffy but absolutely delicious!! Just trust me, go try this! You won’t regret it. Side note, they only take cash or Venmo, so go prepared!!
