Whole Foods Market

The outdoor seating area is disgusting. Constant pigeons and wild chickens. It smells like excrement and human urine. They need to take care of this.

I would give 5 stars for everyone that works there, and the food and the prices are good. The one star is for the older white lady that works in pizza. I don’t even say anything to her and she always barks that she is not making anymore pizza slices because she is busy. I didn’t even ask. She makes me feel like she wants me to leave the store and like she hates her job. It’s been a year or two, with this crappy attitude. I stopped shopping here for a year because of her.

Get it together-the worst Whole Foods I've experienced. Poor restocking, a perpetually out of service pizza station (the floods were long ago-stop with that excuse, and why is the oven lit if no pizzas are being baked,) and twice I've had to throw away kabobs from the meat counter for being nearly entirely gristle. Get your services right, or your prices right-this isn't Whole Foods quality.

What's is not to like here? Produce quality is good. Selections are plentiful. Parking can get tight sometimes but reflects popularity of the store.

We had a wonderful experience at Whole Foods in Kailua, Oahu, thanks to Brandon from the bakery section. He was incredibly kind, polite, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. His warm smile and positive attitude truly stood out and made our visit so much more enjoyable. Brandon went above and beyond with his service—he was attentive, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about making customers happy. Even on a cloudy day, his cheerful energy made everything feel brighter. It’s rare to come across someone who brings that level of joy and professionalism to their work. I live In Kailua, enjoy shopping at whole foods, but this store isn't well managed. The shelves are too empty, there's almost no bakery products, and no pizza slices or full hot deli pans at 12:00 noon. You could be so much better and more successful

Great whole foods. Tons of produce and local selections. We got cherries and they are so fresh. Loved the cheese selections. They have such pretty desserts and neat fresh selections.

It's the same as your typical Whole Foods store. It is expensive, but has high quality items and a good range. The store is easy to navigate and is wheelchair accessible so there is nothing negative to say about it.

Standard Whole foods but in Hawaii it is one of the best places to get a healthy filling meal because of their large hot/cold food bar ($16 per pound) and premade sandwiches/pizza etc. They also have ample parking, indoor and outdoor dining space and tons of chickens running outside. They also have leis, a ton of fruit and veggies, Hawaiian made/inspired food products, samosas, sodas, water etc. A great place for tourists to fill up/recharge.

Fresh Produce at the very entrance is a colorful welcoming sight I like the already prepared foods option at the other side of the store along with lots of indoor and outdoor seating options (During non pandemic times this bar+pizza oven area is a hit and more crowded) Ample parking available in the big lot Near/across the store
