Taco Bell - Kailua (Oneawa St)

The person who took my order was super sweet but man was it disappointing to watch them lock the doors to the dining room over an hour early (kicking people out), my food taking over 45 minutes from the time I entered the drive through till when I pulled out of the drive through AND them being out of product constantly. Picking another Taco Bell next go around since this is seemingly the normal process for this store. :(

Order here a lot, unfortunately. Check your order carefully, frequently forget items. Never ready on time when ordered on App.

Staff was very impolite and didn’t allow us to finish any of our sentences while ordering. Overall just didn’t not feel welcomed and felt very rushed.

Who ever was working the drive thru on 18Dec25 needs an attitude check and learn some customer service skills

Taco Bell really tested my patience this time. The bean burritos and tacos were fine once it finally showed up, but wow it took forever. Not exactly the “fast” in fast food today.

I actually went to Taco Bell to pickup a delivery ... & I just wanna say during the hours of 11pm - 1am as I've experienced ... in all honesty - be prepared to wait (most times) the wait time & length of the drive thru line is horrendous ! ! The parking is terrible, as it's quite cramped, literally. The workers are generally pleasant & quick in trying to get the orders out ... but it is a "hotspot" usually on the weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun). Its not too bad throughout the weekdays but if your going there during the weekend the come prepared with an order of patience ... just be prepared to wait a hot minute.

Been here a few times for breakfast now. Fantastic service, but today our chef put together a large triple layer nachos for us. Saves on plastic waste as we get the amount of nachos we love. Did I mention that this is one of the top Taco Bell’s on the island?
