Pizza Hut - Kailua (B. Wailepo Street)

I mean it's Pizza Hut. Nothing against the employees. They're hustling the food out and we're very respectful and professional. The food is just okay. We got a large mushroom and cheese pizza. It just didn't have much flavor. Considering there are plenty of options for pizza in the general Kailua area, I'll likely be going there instead

The Super Supreme pizza on thin crust was absolutely delicious. I couldn't stop eating it because it was so tasty, especially after a 7-hour flight.

Update. Haven't ordered from here in a bit. Took a chance. They came through. Our guests were happy and so were we. Great job Pizza Hut!!

Super Easy online order!!! Pizza and wings were ready on time and the food was HOT & Delicious.

We like pizza well done to bring out the flavor of the toppings. Our first order from this location was a hand tossed supreme and meat lovers thin and crispy. They were excellent!! Also, kind and efficient service. The online ordering worked fine; the 15 min estimate gave us all the info we needed for a prompt pick up. We appreciate you, Pizza Hut team!!

Order was ready as indicated on the email confirmation. The counterperson was very courteous. No waiting. Easy parking. And of course, the pasta was good. Pizza Hut on Oneawa St. in Kailua is a 5 star location. We will be a repeat customer. Aloha!

The service I received was amazing! Front clerk I believe Megan was her name is an outstanding employee. She made sure I felt welcome, always smiled, was kind, courteous to everyone that came in.

Pizza tasted great. Less one star because online app was not working properly, had item in cart and kept force closing. Finally decided to not go through app and online through computer (hassel) and the Detroit style pizza was 'sold out'. Disappointed and knocking a ⭐ off for it. My order wasn't even placed in the evening... and sold out?

Work on making better pizzas. I ordered thin crust because I like crispy pizza slices, but what I got was soggy floppy dough that seemed under cooked. Plus what ever flavoring that was put onto the crust was just bad. I had to cook the pizza in my oven just to be able to attempt to eat it, but in the end the flavor made it inedible, $52 down the drain. The only thing that I could eat was the chicken, had to throw out the rest.

The food is always good as far as taste and quality. The curbside pickup process however is frustrating. There is no text or app notification as to when my order is ready. When arriving to pick up my order, instead of notifying via the app, I had to call the general number and listen to the message for several minutes while sitting in my car. There should be a method to bypass the message or notify via the mobile app for pickup. Pizza Hut should take some hints from Target or Jack in The Box on their app and mobile pick up.
