Maui Mike's Fire-Roasted Chicken (Enchanted Lake Center)

We love every item on this menu. Always tender, always incredible. Our faves right now are the BBQ chicken and the Maui Wowie. Sometimes they have a shredded chicken bbq with slaw and it’s freaking amazing.

The cashier (I believe her name is Jaimie) has consistently shown poor customer service. Every time I come in, she seems to have an attitude. This time, I decided to place an online order for curbside pickup ASAP. I waited outside for over 30 minutes while multiple customers who ordered after me received their food and left. I tried calling the store several times, but no one answered. When someone finally picked up, Jaimie immediately tried to put me on hold. After I explained I had been waiting and asked about my order, she told me they weren’t doing curbside pickup and that I would need to come inside—despite there being a sign outside clearly advertising curbside service. At that point, I was frustrated and asked her to cancel my order, which she agreed to. However, a week later, I checked my bank account and saw that I had not been refunded. I then had to call the store again and go out of my way just to request my refund. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience due to poor communication, lack of accountability, and unprofessional service.

Visited here a week ago. Very tender with great flavors. Love the wings special so much that I went back the next day for them!

Delicious and moist chicken. Came out hot and and fresh with quick service. 10/10 reccomend the gooey cookies, they were made fresh! We just had to order more!

I love Maui Mike’s chicken! It’s a welcoming little restaurant with a few tables and attentive, friendly service. Got the shredded breast and fries with a coke and it was amazing. Delicious, juicy chicken and perfectly crisp Mike’s fries (regular French fries) made to order so it was only a few minutes of waiting. Great portions for the price, and you don’t feel heavy after eating here. So you can hit the beach or whatever hike right away! Love this local/small business! If you want good chicken fast that’s delicious, skip the chains and come here right away!

Mike’s chicken was delicious at a reasonable price. We ordered The Feast which included a whole chicken, two sides, and 4 sauces. The chicken was the star of the show. First of all it was very moist and tender. However the skin of the chicken was quite salty. The two sides we choose where the fries and coleslaw. Both sides were decent but nothing special. Next the sauces tasted like name brand bottle sauce such as franks red hot and sweet baby rays even though they were named differently. Additionally for a drink we got a fresh mango milkshake. This milkshake was amazing as the ice cream quality was top notch with real chunks of mango in the milkshake. The service was good with friendly staff. Overall, I would go back however I did find the chicken to be a bit salty.

Our timing was perfect! The chickens just came off the fire 3 minutes before we ordered. Huli chicken is so good and tasty, especially when it’s fresh out from the fire. My kids and I order “The Feast”, which is a whole chicken, two sides and 4 sauces. We got it with coleslaw and fries, which were good. The 4 sauces, despite having fun names, most likely came out of national brand band bottles from the store. We were able to identify each one specifically. The chicken itself was fresh and hot and moist. The only two points is that the breast meat was a touch on the dry side and a bit bland while the seasoned skin was a bit too salty for my liking. Keep in mind I tend to use very little salt in my personal cooking and this is just my opinion about the skin being salty. Overall, the Feast platter was plenty of food for the three of use and quite affordably priced at $40. I would recommend trying Maui Mike’s if you’re near one of the locations but I wouldn’t go out of my way

So good!! I am celiac which means I am gluten-free and I must also avoid cross contamination. This restaurant not only served me fries from a dedicated fryer, but I also enjoyed the crispiest, most delicious roasted chicken I have had in a long time. Cashier was knowledgeable about celiac, and they changed their gloves and everything while preparing my meal. Also, good prices compared to other restaurants in the area. Wonderful! Would definitely recommend not just for celiacs but anyone who wants a delicious meal.

I have gotten take out here a couple times now. The chicken is delicious. The skin is flavorful and it’s all cooked just right. They have 6 different sauces that are all decent- the best probably teriyaki and sweet bbq- but I love the chicken just plain! I got the feast with white meat only and split with my husband. The fries are also very good, but don’t love any of the other sides. We usually order from here any time we have guests visiting and they have all loved the food too.

Highly recommended! First time visiting and I absolutely loved it. The chicken it’s so flavorful and fresh, probably the best I’ve had so far in Hawaii! Customer service is amazing as well. Can’t wait to go back 🤤10/10!
