Jamba Juice - Kailua (Kailua Rd.)

I come here every Sunday from across the Island after JIuJitsu. Im surprised at the 1☆ reviews because every single time I come, I get nothing but Aloha fom the boys behind the counter. HUNTER!!! Im impressed! This young man was raised with respect & Aloha and you can tell by his genuine smile. He seems.to always be handling the line alone while others just stay in the back. Its frustrating to watch but Hunter didnt even flinch. 6 people in there and he banged it out, with a smile like he owned it. NICE Job Jamba Kailua for recognizing the value this kid brings. Im ready to offer him a job.

Came in Saturday April 25 around 4 pm. The girl working was VERY RUDE. Didn't bother to look up and greet me while she was making a smoothie. Then took her used blender to the back without even looking at me. When she finally came back she rolled her eyes at me. What the hell?? Very clear she hates her job but I didnt ask her to work there...she was also wearing airpods and sweatpants .. super disappointed in this type of service from the company :( 0/10 would recommend this location

Upon my repeated visits to Kailua, I have consistently encountered subpar customer service. It is not challenging to extend a simple greeting, such as “welcome” or “hello.” While it is understandable that a store may be bustling with customers, it is concerning when a single individual, even in a sparsely populated store, takes over five minutes to acknowledge my presence. This issue is not isolated to a single employee but has been observed with every staff member I have encountered at this specific location. I strongly advise individuals considering purchasing a smoothie at this establishment to exercise caution and reconsider their decision. Across the street there’s better businesses who actually want your presence.

BEWARE of Kailua JJ. Check your receipt. I got overcharged for small smoothie for medium price on gottaguava flavor. There are no postings in the store stating that there is an upcharge. The manager? Owner? Tall Asian guy was in the store and made up excuses but didn't refund me. I explained that it was illegal to advertise a price and then charge people more without their knowledge. He was sitting there counting a wad of cash, didn't care. I went back 2 weeks later, same thing. I confronted the worker who also did not correct my overcharged amount. When I explained to him that you can't do this. He shrugged his shoulders and said 'I just make smooties.' Now I'm wondering how long this has been happening? I usually go 1-2 times a month. I'm going to file multiple formal complaints.

Post hike smoothies hit the spot after hiking the remote part of the Kailua pillboxes🤙Located right off Kailua road so a couple minutes from Kailua Beach. Stopped in, ordered the new Lychee smoothies and it definitely was the right choice. Ordered a large smoothie though it came filled a little less than expected so knocked off a star😥 *booooo* Free parking in front, sat down to enjoy the air conditioning and jamba before we made our way to a late Saturday brunch. 4 stars👍
