When in Hawaii, you get shaved ice! Just a good as Matsumato's, maybe even better, because you don't have a long line.

Nice, fluffy and refreshing ice. Creamy in the middle. I discovered POG flying in Hawaiian airlines. (Papaya, Orange, Guava juice) so good. Will stop again.

Great little place to get some shave ice and do some shopping. The staff was helpful, figuring out flavors and what the most popular things were. My husband and I got the Lilikoi and pink lemonade, shave ice with ice cream and snow capped. Always get the ice cream if they have it available!!! The shopping strip that the store is in generally has several spaces open for parking, but there’s another lot across the street that you can sometimes park in. Just pay attention to signage because they are serious about towing.

Stopped here after kayaking and it was such an amazing treat. They have so many flavors, definitely made it worth it. Had the ice cream at the bottom with three flavors to choose from. I wish I took a photo but I ate it so fast! Highly recommend!!

We visit Island Snow every Aloha Friday for a treat! Today was especially memorable because of the excellent service. I was leaving with two shaved ice treats when one accidentally fell, but Kylie was incredibly kind and offered to fix it. Her help quickly resolved the situation. Besides having the best shave ice, the staff truly cares. The man taking my order noticed my daughter wanted rainbow, and I was about to order Shannazberry instead of Strawberry. He advised me that the red flavor wouldn’t be as vibrant in the rainbow if I chose the other, and his advice was spot on. My daughter really wanted rainbow shave ice, and thanks to the staff’s care, we got it. The shave ice here is genuinely the best, and the people working here are wonderful.

The shave ice was amazing, but the girl taking orders (in the blue shirt) needs to work on her communication with customers. She kept cutting me off, gave one-word answers when I asked about the menu, and kept contradicting herself while helping the rest of my group order.

This shave ice is by far one of the best on the Island. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. The employees were super awesome with their suggestions. Many different flavors and natural flavors to offer. Very close by The beautiful beaches of Kailua and Lanikai.

When in Hawaii, you’re bound to get some shave ice. Island Snow is definitely one of the better shave ice locations in Kailua. The ice is nice and finely shaved, they have a very good selection of syrups (my go tos are strawberry, lilikoi and lychee). :) The reason I’m giving this four out of five is 1. The pricing is a little higher than some other shave I’ve places, and 2. The amount of traffic that’s in this area can get a little ridiculous as they’re doing construction on this Lanikai roundabout.

I'm not shaved ice person but this was so good. Great service and so many options and flavors with natural options. A lot of outdoors sitting.
