Domino's Pizza - Kailua (Hoolai St)

The worst service. I’ve ordered several times at dominos and each time the wait times get longer and the service quality goes down. Placed an order online and waited over two hours. Tried to call the store, of course they didn’t answer. Tried to go online and report an issue, but can’t report the issue until the delivery has been dropped off. I can’t even get ahold of anyone to ask if my order went through correctly or not.

This was the best Dominos pizza we have ever had! We ordered the Honolulu Hawaiian, cheese, and the extravaganZZa. All pizzas were hot, cooked perfectly, and with an abundance of toppings. Seriously, the best!

Yo, when delivery instructions say leave at the door. LEAVE IT AT THE DOOR.! People are sleeping and all they hear is a loud bang 3 consecutive knocks I had to get out of bed undressed because they just would not leave at a 5 story complex at 11PM! I tipped via ordering online THERE IS NO REASON TO NOT FOLLOW THAT DIRECTION. Id refund this order quick if their call system actually works

I called the store with an issue from another store hoping to speak with a manager. I asked for names and he said what is a manager we don’t have managers. The young boy was very rude he yelled to what sounded like a group of young teens and said everyone is too busy then told me if I wanted a manager I could come down and talk to all of them very aggressively and threatening and hung up on me. I will be calling corporate to speak with someone this is absolutely inappropriate behavior.

Great pizza, it was ready in a hurry even tho it looked really busy and I walked in before confirming my order on the Internet. The guy says "we don't have an order for your phone number" and I thought "oh no, did I send it to Ohio where my usual home store is?" LOL, NO, I didn't. I was using points for a free pizza and didn't confirm with the redemption code. 🤦. They have a nice seating area for dine in which is fairly large for a pizza joint. Service was great. Over all what you'd expect from Domino's. 5 stars, will be back, would recommend 👍👍

Even though they were in a dinner rush and making the dough out for our pizzas Lala and another worked named Abdul helped me so much finding my order to realize I accidentally put it for a different day they had no problem making it right there they were so wonderful I hope everyone can realize that if they don't find the orders and find it set for tomorrow its our own fault I did indeed find out they do not control the app Google does she was saying how they may make our orders and click it away but it jus sends a type of signal to the app through Google and they say where our orders go but I was not mad about my own mistakes Lala has apologize alot for my own mistakes even though it was not her fault and Abdul was nice and more than happy to make my order I really do hope everyone can show Aloha to these workers and realize they're working so hard to make us all happy we shouldn't be so grumpy with them there's a reason they have high ratings I'm assuming I love it so much definitely going to come again like I do already for my kids keep up the great work guys

I usually order the same pizza every time and it consistently has gotten worse in quality, I don’t mind for the most part but this time was over the top. I ordered extra cheese on my pizza because there’s always parts that just don’t have cheese on them and got less cheese than last time with an insane amount of sauce, the cheese didn’t even cover half of the pizza. I’m not usually one to write a bad review because I’m obviously going to eat it either way, but it’s almost hard to eat this time due to how much sauce was put on the pizza. Anyways can the training at this location be held to a better standard because this is just disappointing to pizza all around.

I placed a phone order and was told it would be ready for pick-up in 13 minutes. When I arrived on time, however, my pizza was not ready. The staff informed me that I was still in the queue and that it would take about 20 minutes. I waited in my car, returned after that time, and was then told it would take another 20 minutes. I expressed my dissatisfaction and asked why I was initially told it would be ready in 13 minutes when the actual wait time was 53 minutes. The employee explained that they use a call center and do not have accurate wait time information. Frustrated, I canceled my order and called Pizza Hut instead. They had my pizza ready in just 20 minutes, just like they quoted.

The driver “Dayne” took over an hour from leaving the store to deliver the pizza. I understand that there were other orders but it took an hour and a half for the pizza to be delivered. When we got the pizza it was cold and the boxes were smashed.

Pizza was delivered all dumped on one side like they carried the box on its side. They said they would send another pizza out, but I would have to pay the delivery fee. After arguing with the manager, they said we’ll wave it this one time (like they were hooking me up, after they provided poor quality) That’s hot garbage. Pizza Hut’s getting all my business for now on. After I peeled the pizza part this is what I got. Update!! When they sent the new pizza out it was cold and all jacked up!! These people are terrible!!
