Burger King - Kailua (Kaneohe Bay Drive)

Whoa! This place got a customer-satisfaction makeover. This first time we ate here a few years ago we swore it would be the last time we ate at a Burger King. It was NOT good.... But now... wow! Talk about a turnaround! I think my burger was the most beautiful and delicious fast-food burger I've ever had. It wasn't smooshed flat with toppings spilling out everywhere. It was fresh, hot, and had the aesthetic you'd expect from a expensive burger joint. The service was also incredible friendly and fast. I wouldnt usually put this kind of energy into a fast-food place since I don't eat at them often, but this experience felt worthy of some recognition. Great job BK; I guess firing "the king" was worth it!

The HVAC is currenlty down so its warmer than usual. its not too much of an issue in winter when its cooler.

ordered two Double Cheeseburgers and one sandwich only had one patty and NO cheese! very disappointed. was from the drive thru. when i called to let them know they don’t even answer their phone! seriously, we gave up on this BK a long time ago but once in a while we go back but then we’re reminded why we hate this Burger King, because their service really sucks.

Closing crew consistently closes early without warning sometimes 30min before posted 12am closing time. Today 10 minutes before. They will let you sit in drive thru lane and ignore you while in their phone until you drive off or hits midnight. ***told by workers they close drive thru at 10pm updated 3/3/25 @11:40pm***

The dining area and bathrooms aren't kept well. The tables are dirty, and there's trash on the floor. The bathrooms have no soap, paper towels and are very dirty. The food was served cold and with an excessive amount of mayo after I asked for easy mayo.
