Wendy's - Kahului (E. Kamehameha Avenue)

The two women working were running wide open. The store is old and falling apart. Makes we wonder what the kitchen looks like since the dining room and restrooms are not maintained.

I’m a huge Wendy’s fan and have been ordering the Dave’s Double for years. It’s usually one of my favorite fast-food burgers. Unfortunately, the one I received at this location had almost nothing in common with the Dave’s Double I know and love. The burger was dry, poorly assembled, and lacked the flavor and quality I’ve come to expect from Wendy’s. The ingredients didn’t seem particularly fresh, and the overall experience was disappointing from the first bite to the last.

Nice location. Food was good and prepared quickly. Seems to be clean but no one was there when we stopped in.

Never coming back. First restaurant incredibly dirty, a million flies always flying around in kitchen and food. Also I’m being told one price at drive through speaker and another at window. And when I go inside I’m greeted with bad attitudes and “I should’ve known what came in meal.” Overall will not miss this place.

This was genuinely the worst Wendy's I have been to, as soon as we walked in here it felt super ghetto. And the worker "Charmea" was super rude to us! She took literally 2 seconds to make the frosty, causing it to be very undermixed and when I asked where the spoon was she snapped and said "behind you." I hope there is another Wendy's on the island because we come every year and it's my fav fast food place, very disappointing experience

A Regional Manager or owner needs to come over and see what is happening here. Filthy restrooms, crazy rude cashier. Alarms going off. The other two employees didn’t seem to know there were customers there. It was quite a scene. Customers leaving without making an order others coming in, demanding refunds!

12 noon lunch time no bake potatoes a menu item not available at lunch time. Last night September 19th I purchased two baked potatoes. One you see in the picture of which it should have never even been wrapped or cooked. The other I ate even though it was already overcooked, but I was hungry and had already left the drive-through and reached home. I wasn't about to drive back I just had to eat something before going to bed. They claim quality is there recipe - I'm here to tell you not on Maui.

Excellent service and delicious food. Went early for lunch today and we were really impressed. Dining room was very clean. Food served very fast.

A decent value for your dollar, the 4 for $5 menu offers a selection of food items accompanied by fries, some chicken nuggets, and a drink. The Jr bacon cheeseburger is the most attractive menu item for me, but in reality, the chicken nuggets are the most appetizing piece for me. They are tender, juicy, and fried in an unobtrusive batter that doesn't detract from the flavor of the chicken. That being said, the restaurant itself isn't doing so well. The door handle has been loose for as long as I can remember and now it seems the door covering the underside of their fountain drink station has fallen off as well. I do, however, appreciate the separate fountain for chilled water which is something that most restaurants don't do. All in all, the food is good, it's reasonably priced, but the unfortunate state of the restaurant itself means that you probably want to stick to the drive thru. Just be warned that the drive thru service is slower than most.
