Taco Bell - Kahului (Hookele St.)

They put meat in my black bean Crunchwrap for the THIRD time. I didn’t get an apology or a refund.

It's a taco bell, they sell tacos. Nuff said

Don't get the chicken 3 cheese melt, tortilla soggy and chicken had no flavor! This is another restaurant that almost insists that you use a kiosk to order, which makes difficult if you want condiments included on the side

We ordered Chalupa and asked it to be Crispy, the service personal said, "that wont be possible" then when we got the food, we realized its cold. The Chalupa s are supposed to be hot/ cooked and taco bell is about fresh food but we were served cold chalupa s. Would not recommend this location. The staff did not seem friendly and we're clearly not looking to serve their custoemrs. And it was not even late, we went there at 8pm. Very disappointing customer service and food.

They got our order completely wrong which they quickly fixed. The food was pretty rough in terms of Taco Bell standards.

Made a run to my son’s favorite restaurant, Taco Bell, doesn’t matter the time day or night!

Ordered veggie options, while they graciously accommodate some special requests the tacos were only lightly sprinkled with cheese tomatoes and lettuce. Also thinnest crunch supreme i’ve ever head. I also saw a lady complaining about lesser ingredients in their order. Not a good experience.

Thanks for making dinner. Plus kudos to the guy taking the drive through orders. He was nice & accommodating while we tried to figure out what else to order. Luckily there was no one in front or behind us. So was quick service & was a tasty snack for the drive home.

Newest Taco Bell on the island. The little carbon copy box formula works well. We appreciated the quick, efficient staff in their uber clean environment and the food was good and hot. This location is super convenient for us when we have to go to Safeway next door. We'll be back when the Mexican Pizza returns.
