McDonald's - Kahului (Dairy Rd)

No issues, got the food fast and drive-thru service was quick!

Terrible location!! Drive farther to a different location if you can! No service at the front - sign tells you to use kiosks - but 3 of the 4 were not functioning. No ice cream available, no pies, no fish sandwiches. Bought large fries and got barely warm ones. Saw them putting fries in fryer and thought I’d get hot ones, but no. Restroom was a mess, had to ask to see if I could clean my own table….there was no one in the restaurant, only a constant stream of drive-thru. Worst McDonalds I’ve been in for many years. 😡😩

Dude if 10 stars was an option, this mcdonalds would get it. The manager, Jackie, amazing. Shes very professional and seems like a great leader. This mcdonalds in my opinion is the best mc donalds on maui because of her. This place is genuinely lucky to have a manager like her. I hope she gets a raise.

I frequently visit this McDonalds and nothing changes over the years. Slowest service, never a clean table to sit at and bathrooms are always locked and dirty. Don’t even try to ask for help as none of the employees will even acknowledge you. Recently a young man starting working there and he’s the best thing to ever have to you! He is always kind and helps everyone. But he can’t do it alone. The retirees that Mae up the rest of the staff can barely walk or speak English. I waited over 30 min for two meals today.

This place is not very hygienic. The sink in the men’s restroom was not working so my boyfriend had to wash his hands in the women’s bathroom, and there was no soap left in the women’s restroom. I informed two employees and nothing changed. In addition, I saw an employee leave the restroom, rinse her hands with water only, and then return to work.

The food is good. It's the service. The workers doesn't put in quality work. I got the wrong order, and they haven't put the cover of my coffee correctly.

Ordered the local platter. Didn't find out they had no rice until they were ready to give us the food. They substituted one hash brown vs 2 scoops of rice. Not the same meal or value. Service was poor. Should have requested a refund and gone elsewhere. As we finished eating, we see rice is again available. They could have simply asked if we wanted to wait.

The interior of this McDonald's is somewhat well kept. Service was decently quick, but nothing to write home about. When I visited this location, the restaurant was practically empty and it seemed the staff just recently mopped the floor. The menu items are a bit pricier here than on other parts of the island, likely due to the vicinity to the airport. The preparation of the food itself was rather shoddy which is surprising considering they were not working on any other order than mine at the time. The mayonnaise in the McChicken sandwich I'd ordered somehow got smeared on top of the bun and the cheeseburger came out flatter than normal. Not really atypical of a McDonald's restaurant, but certainly not anything I'd consider impressive. All in all, it's a decent place to eat if you can't make your way to any of the Wailuku McDonald's to eat.
