McDonald's - Kahului (Puunene Ave)

I went there after work to pick up my online order. When I got there, I told the driver thru lady my code for my online order and asked if u can add on a small fries to pay for. She added it on so all I have to do is pay at the next window. Once I got there, the guy at the window kept saying that I didn't order any small fries even though I kept explaining how I ordered it separately from my online order. And he kept saying "I can show you the receipt". I had to repeat myself a few times and he just didn't seem to understand that I did two separate orders (one online and one at the menu/order). I ended up just leaving because he couldn't understand no matter how much I explained it differently.

Good location with plenty of parking and easy access to drive through. Appears to be a well maintained facility. Food was good.

Went to this McDonalds hungry for a bit to eat. Place was clean inside and plenty of parking with a drive thru. There are a few ordering kiosks and even a couple of them can accept cash and coins. There was no self-service soda station and it looked like all orders were strongly encouraged via the app or through the Kiosk. Food was fast and fresh, delivered right to my table. Best of all, the apple pies here are deep fried, not baked as can be found in the continental United States (although pricey at nearly $4.00 each). Worth the visit.

This was probably Maui's first McD's. It used to have a larger footprint with a playground and party room back in the day. I like this location as parking is plentiful and the drive thru is easy to get out of if you change your mind. Staff are friendly.

I really like and recommend their quarter pounder with bacon. It always come out really nice and tasty. Their coffee is fine and no need to add on that but the quality of the quarter pounder is really nice.I keep ordering it,not taking any chances with other things,it’s a surely thing.

The food quality was good (as good as it gets for McD's). The service was mediocre. The worker taking our order didn't get one of our sandwiches input correctly, and when we pulled up to pay, they charged the wrong order to my card. When I pulled up to the pickup window, this caused a bunch of confusion with the associate there. Rather than apologizing for the mistakes and getting us on our way, I was asked to pay the balance of my order amount before we got our food. I know this sounds petty and like a "me" problem, but my family member, who is a former employee, said that they usually just eat mistakes like that and felt it was out of the norm for McD's service.

We love this place! Mobile orders are easy, quick and fast! Food is hot and fresh every single time! We love the curb side pick up service! So friendly! We can say it is easier and faster than the drive through! Download the App and order there! Awesome and thank you!
