Geste Shrimp

I would get the shrimp again. Maybe even try different flavors next time. The combo is one flavor, garlic, which is perfectly fine. Are the shrimps with shell and all. Overall it’s good but not amazing. I wouldn’t get the sausage again, it was very salty. I like the crab Mac salad a lot. That was tasty and helped balance the saltiness a bit. I got full after 4-5 bites. Can definitely share

Delicious meal !! Not only was the flavor good but it was well balanced by the rice and Mac salad. The best part was that the shrimp wasn’t dry. I think it came with 12 pieces. Good to share and try more things !!

This food truck was probably the best find on our first visit to Maui. They are cash only. Both my fiancé and I enjoyed both our shrimp plates, we even went back a second time during our trip! I would highly recommend

The food is sooooo good here!!! I ate here almost every day when I visited Maui to the point where the workers knew who I was when I called and what I wanted. I know some people might think it won’t be good because it’s a food truck. But don’t think that way. Try them, you wont regret it. Trussst me!!! I dream about the spicy shrimp and the mac often. I live in California. Honestly top 2 seafood I have ever had in my life. I think maybe #1 actually. I hope to go back one day. If I do, this place will be first on my list. And be nice! This is not “fast food” so it takes a bit for your food to be ready if theres a line. Call your order in if you don’t want to wait.

So compare to Giovanni's... It's right up there, they use a little less garlic, but they had PInEapples! We did one each and it was pretty good. Satisfied my craving... And NO LINE UPs, had covered picnic table seatings (a lot) .....it's like in a food truck food court lol! I didn't care for the mac salad, never have so no rating there. Will come back again, had porta potties and portable sink stations to wash up after, it's great!

We had the Hawaiian scampi and hot & spicy shrimp. Both were excellent. We had so much expectations, and it did not disappoint. Many would say Geste is better than Giovanni’s in Oahu, but I didn’t find that to be the case. That’s not to say, though, that it isn’t excellent — because it absolutely was.

The Hawaiian scampi was delicious! Super flavorful! It’s a great quick meal after you arrive in Maui! Very easy to find, friendly & fast service & lots of tables/chairs to enjoy your food!

Saw this place on Google and looked them up on tiktok. The spicy pineapple shrimp were delicious! Just the right amount of spice to make your mouth tingle. Rice was good. Crab Mac just wasn't for me, but that's because I am used to blue crab on the east coast of U.S. It was $20 for the plate which was a great deal! 12 shrimp! They are de-veined, but not peeled so have some wipes on hand or lots of napkins. Excellent lunch in a great food truck park that has covered tables to protect from the sun. Very clean.

Stopped by this food truck during our recent visit to Maui and hands down they have the best shrimp plate. We ordered the spicy pineapple shrimp place which come with 12 shrimps, 2 scoops of white rice and crab mac salad. The spicy pineapple shrimp was delicious and the shrimp was cooked to perfection. The sweetness of maui pineapples coupled with the spices added amazing flavors to the overall dish. They are cash only and service is quick. There are plenty of tables to sit in this area as there are several other food trucks in this same complex. Highly recommend them to get your shrimp cravings satisfied.
