Earth Aloha Eats (520 Keolani Pl)

We were looking for vegan food near the airport and were fortunate to discover this amazing plant-based food truck within 5 minutes of the airport. We ordered the golden fish tacos and pulled pork fries and ate our dinner at one of the picnic tables on-site. The food tasted awesome. Everything on the menu sounded good - it was difficult to decide what to order.

I recently had the pleasure of stopping by Earth Aloha Eats food truck on Maui, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their vegan options! From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel welcome and helped me navigate their delicious menu. Which had so many vegan options, I didn't know where to start. If you are GF like me the menu is labeled clearly as to what items are GF which made choosing even easier. I opted for the vegan teriyaki chicken bowl, and I have to say, it was absolutely delicious! The vegan chicken was perfectly cooked and had a great texture, and the teriyaki sauce was the perfect combination of sweet and savory. The bowl also included fresh vegetables and rice, which paired perfectly with the vegan chicken. To wash it down, I decided to try their hibiscus tea, and it was a delightful surprise! The tea was refreshing and had a subtle sweetness to it, making it the perfect accompaniment to my meal. Overall, I would highly recommend Earth Aloha Eats to anyone looking for delicious vegan food on Maui. The food truck has a great atmosphere, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to come back and try more of their delicious vegan options!

Great to have vegan options when every other truck in the lot has none. Our family ordered a couple dishes from several trucks. Earth Aloha Eats dishes came out first. Customer service was nice, though they would tell us their vegan fish recipe. Guess it's a secret recipe. 🤣 But we enjoyed both dishes, the pulled pork fries and the fish & chips. The texture on the fish was great. Though the tartar sauce was not our favorite. Spice level on the fries was perfect. Definitely have a drink handy.
