Domino's Pizza - Kahului (Hookele St)

I placed an order on 01/03/26 for the 3 topping pizza. I ordered online. My toppings were Extra Itailian Sausage, Beef and Pepperoni, when I got to the store to pickup I notice, extra Pepperoni and less meat, which the guy read it wrong, he stated he could add more meat and run it back in tbe oven, I said who does that, he said because they were short on dough, and quality assurance and control they couldn't remake me another pizza, I went back and forth with them until they decided to remake the pizza. Worst experience ever.

they told me that 2+2=4 not 22 you add 2 and 2 together to make 22 they just suck at math

Recently I experienced a drop off in the quality of the pizzas. However, thanks to manager Jay, he resolved the issue and I’m very pleased to say that the pizza quality is as good as before.

Never ordering from here again. Second time doing so and my pizza is once again dry and nasty. They need new workers because how are you going to have a carside delivery option and you don't even honor it? The manager acts like he has no clue what's going on or how to run the place. I'll try Wailuku Dominos from now on. Hopefully they're food is cooked better along with more professionalism.

I usually don’t write reviews but I was disappointed with the service. I order on the app and was told my order was ready. Walked into the store and was told they mixed up my pizza. Took them around 8 mins to make a new one. However they forgot one of the toppings so I had to wait another 8 mins. On top of that my wings barely had any sauce on them to the point I would consider them plain. However I got to annoyed and accepted the fact, that’s what I’m getting.

Wish more people checked reviews before ordering. Worst dried out pizza we've ever had. Was hung up on 3 times when trying to call and find out status. Was told 26 minutes and it took an hour and a half. Couldn't taste any sauce because it was so over cooked. They called me 3 times and hung up on me after I left reviewed. Finally, Managers would only remake and send out pizzas but we will be on a plane before they get out it to us. Refused to give money back after I sent pictures of horrible this pizza was

The guys worked hard to get all their orders done pretty quickly. We had 3 different flavors of the chicken wings, and they were all yummy.

Made an online order 3 hours before getting to the store. At arrival, the order hadn’t even been started. I was upset but felt bad for the poor employee working. He was alone and was obviously in the weeds, he told me he had 28 pizzas that he had to make, so mine would take another 45 mins to even get in the oven. I had to cancel my order and head to Pizza Hut. Probably won’t be coming back here.

I came to dominos to order two bread bowl pastas on 5/20/2025. Two guys were working. I ordered my food and when it was ready there was no bread bowl. It was just in a tin. I asked what happened and the guy just said “only thing I can I can do is give you a refund we don’t have bread anymore” the other guy who took my order didn’t bother to tell me there was not any bread bowls, yet charged me for it. Normally I don’t leave reviews but I was appalled by the extremely rude behavior and attitudes of both employees .

Aloha Love Pizza, Definitely ADD 10-20mins for a pick up order. The pizza is hit or miss. 50/50 Depending on who is working….Target Pizza is never burnt and is more consistent… Seafood City much better after watching 45mins for pickup.
