Wendy's - Aiea (Moanalua Road)

Fries and service was solid. But the double stack burgers tasted gross threw them out . Not seasoned or cooked enough. Maybe need to clean the grill more.

Got a chili for breakfast… in Aiea … unsure WHY Wahiawa location never offers it !

Wanted to get lunch. Went to the kiosk and wanted the meal deal at $8.00 but the next screen said they were having problems, go to the cashier and order. Went to the cashier and her name was Angela. The menu board was still reading the breakfast menu. When I brought it to her attention, she said something like good thing she’s tall and others would have to use a broom. I just came in to order lunch … when I ordered the meal deal for $8.00 she said she only had $11.00 and she wanted to argue the point. Another lady opened up the Kiosk and found the meal deal. Lost my appetite…. Will add this to yelp … don’t want to argue with the cashier Angela !

I ordered a number 6 on January 19th and the chicken was raw from one side. And on top of that I waited like 15 minutes through the drive thru.

Food seems old, and the fries aren't even filled up. I mean HALF empty. Looks like someone had been eating them already. I dont come to a fast food restaurant expecting amazing service or super happy employees, but this drive thru attendant seemed like she didn't want to talk to anyone and was annoyed that someone had the audacity to come through her drive thru.

We ordered 2 number 2s medium with coca-cola end ended up home with these chicken sandwiches. They're super dry. Don't know what happened but can't trust you guys. Gonna have to open everything up before I leave the store. Worst experience I've had at a Wendy's. Check on your sandwhich makers. Maybe they're having some issues in life and the stress is causing them to make mistakes. 2 baconators turned into chicken sandwiches...unlikely...

One of the few Wendy locations I like to hang around in every good once in a while. They are open til 10pm so it gives me more than enough time after work to come enjoy a meal, wind down, and refresh myself with a good salad. 👍 I normally like the strawberry salad special during the summer, but their new Cobb salad is a good second for me.

The location is in a little lot on your left if you're coming from HI-1, it could easily be missed if you're not paying attention. I went here to get 4-for-6 for and Apple Pecan salad. The drive thru was fast and the Associates friendly.

I enjoy stopping at this Wendy’s since access is easy at the intersection due to a left turn arrow. I used the drive through on my last visit which was fast, efficient with great staff interaction. I ordered a sauce, egg, cheese sandwich with fries. If you like ketchup be sure to ask for the ketchup when you place your order. Pre-Covid visits were always enjoyable with the inside of the restaurant very clean.

Friendly gal taking our order, made our experience over the top enjoyable as she was so engaging! Mahalo J! Food was Wendy's, building a bit dated, but 5 stars for service!
