Teddy's Bigger Burgers - Aiea

No way you’ve had a better burger anywhere!! I love burgers and Teddys took a 5 star service butt the burger made me want to groove 10 stars!!

Ordered the Kaneohe burger for take-out. Got home and it was just a regular burger, missing the avocado, cheese and bacon. But that wasn't the only issue, the burger was dry, a bit rubbery and small (their title 'bigger burgers' is not true). Fries were good but overall, meal was not worth the price. You get better burgers at Wendy's.

I'm here visiting from Philadelphia and of course wanted to try different food. I ordered food for my me, my nephew and sister that came to $142. I couldn't believe that for three people two adults and one 7-year-old the bill was that much. On the other hand the burgers were exceptionally well done flavorful and a nice size. One of the burgers came with jalapenos that gave it an amazing kick. We ordered some french fries and one of the fries came with jalapenos. All in all everything was very good and we enjoyed it. But still expensive. I ordered online and had it delivered so I can't give you any details about what the place looks like.

Wow! This place is amazing. The burger was so good. I got the smallest burger (5oz) with the tots. It was plenty for a good meal! The burger was juicy and grilled to perfection. The tots has a good crunch with a good seasoning on them. The ordering was easy and the lady working the front was super helpful. If you are looking for a burger and quick service, this is your place!!

Tried ordering threw the app and tried to add my card ans it wouldn’t accept my address so I clicked on my old address it accepted it then it denied in the process and took off my $3 new member reward. Finally after over an hour of trying figured out to add my address have to have - in numbers. So I tried to do another order but because it cancelled it wouldn’t give me the $3 off so I went inside the store and the cashier said because their isn’t anything on the account I can’t get the $3 off and he’s unsure how to use the app so I had my son make an account to order and get the $3 off. Fries looked ok but then when I got to the middle there was no sauce and then the bottom had a bunch of oil. Don’t recommend unless you love oily food.

My fiance and I decided to eat here for lunch and I don't think we'll be coming back. The food was fantastic, but the service was terrible. The person who helped us seemed to have a problem with us and kept groaning / sighing while we ordered. We didn't mean to cause a problem and would not have had to ask about all of the shake flavors if half of the menu for the shakes was not out of stock. The food came out after quite a while and the burger was great! We also had onion rings and those were yummy, but not made with care, as we got about 6 rings and then the top third of an onion just fried in the batter. The shake was fantastic and well worth the wait.

First time here. Love the burger and fries 🍟 😋. The lady at the counter was not very happy to be working there. But the food was great. Thank you cooks.

Great burgers here, great service and it was.fast to get what we ordered. The onion rings in the burger were SO CRISP. Love the fries and they offer boozy shakes 👍 a little pricey for those, in my opinion (@$12), but still good. Would definitely come back again. They also have events, like karaoke and trivia.

This time around I made sure I did. Teddy's didn't disappoint. I wanted a REAL burger. Ordered a double 10oz burger ($13.99) with cheddar and wife big 5oz cheeseburger ($10.00) combo with fries and drink ($6) about $16 total. Let me tell you, it was cooked to perfection, medium, it was messy, and the quality of ingredients were excellent. The combo came with steak fries. I'm usually not a big fan of steak fries because they're oftentimes not crispy, but Teddy's did it right. If your ever in the mood for a great burger on Oahu, look no further than Teddy's Bigger Burger.

This is probably the biggest swing in quality I think I've ever seen at a restaurant. We went here once a few days ago, and had such a fantastic experience, we brought our whole family for dinner one night. Great burgers, friendly staff, the works. This second time was such a poor experience, we're probably never coming back, regardless of how good the first time was. EVERY SINGLE ITEM our ENTIRE table recieved was incorrect. And not just once; we had to send our orders back up to FOUR TIMES for them to get it right. Whether it was a raw burger (see pics), incorrect toppings, or an entirely wrong item, something was wrong with literally everything. It was around 8pm (they close at 9pm), so it's very obvious the kitchen staff totally checked out mentally. Speaking of it being 8pm, all deep-fried items (tater tots, fried chicken, etc.) were disgusting and dark brown because the fry oil obviously hadn't been changed in a hot minute (see my pics). Those items just tasted like acrid, burnt oil. We're also pretty sure we recieved a small fry instead of a large, but the person who brought us our food walked away without acknowledging our question about it, so that felt like a slap in the face considering a large fry here is like, $7.00. The vanilla milkshake we ordered was super thin and flavorless... it basically tasted like partially-frozen milk. This was a huge disappointment since burger places are known for killer shakes and we really wanted that classic fries-dipped-in-shake experience. Not to mention we had to wait until after most people's food came out to get the shake, which may explain the melted texture. For just my wife and I, it was over $41.00. This place makes Five Guys pricing seem reasonable. Hugely disappointing; we won't be making the mistake of coming here again.
