Pizza Hut - Aiea (Moanalua Road Bay)

Loved it! This is always a good go to take out if you’re not trying to spend a lot and have a decent meal

This is not how the breadsticks supposed to look or taste. Dry as crap :/ but the staff were nice and the food was ready when I picked it up.

I was able to get a large pizza that I ordered using my rewards. Because of that, I was able to add as many toppings as I wanted and not have to pay additional costs per topping. I love that feature about Pizza Hut’s reward program and I love the taste of their pizzas.

Even though I arrived there lastnight pitch black when the power went out, the Employee came out to my car and asked if I ordered online and I showed her my order on my phone. She was very calm and professional and told me that the power just went out so my order will be ready in a moment. As I waited in my car, the power went back on and another Employee came to my car and brought out my order and apologized for the delay and I told him that it's not your guys' fault but I thank you guys for everything.

I ordered a large stuff crust pepperoni pizza With garlic Parmesan sauce this is how it was delivered to me still waiting for my medium pepperoni pizza😔

I ordered the garlic cheese breadsticks. The garlic sprinkled on top was cooked so far that it was ash. When I contacted the store, they repeatedly told me that this was what roasted garlic looked like, even though I emailed them a picture of the food. After telling me that 3 times, I offered them double the cost for any of them to eat the order. They then agreed to process a refund but only if I returned to the store. 0/10 would not recommend. Bostons is same cost, 5 min away, and significantly better.

Took them less than 10 min to process my order and have it "fully" cooked. Go figure why it was delivered to me and it was no surprise that it wasn't thoroughly cooked. They were gonna make another one for me but that doesn't solve the issue. This has happened in the past as well.

My experience at this location was great. When I arrived, my order was ready and hot. Staff memeber greeted me as i came in and took care of me in a timely manner. Keep in mind that the time i went in it was not busy, reason why they took care of me quickely. But definitely recommend this location.

This location is good. My food is always ready when it says and the food is always hot and fresh! The workers can be a bit more pleasant, but that would be my only critique.

Just serve fresh food. The pizza was good but not the breadsticks and the cinnamon sticks. They were beyond old. They were cold and part of it were crunchy hard not in a good way. Very disappointed especially since this was the first time trying the cinnamon sticks. We had to throw them away because nobody wanted it. Waste of money.
