A Bold Appetite in the Heart of Aiea
If you find yourself cruising through Central Oahu, Outlaw Burger offers a refreshing departure from the standard chains. This spot is defined by its no-nonsense approach to the American classic, serving up patties that are seared to a smoky, crusty finish right in the middle of the Aiea community.
The Flavor Profile
The signature style here leans into the messy, glorious category of comfort food. You will notice the scent of sizzling beef and toasted brioche buns the moment you step up to the counter. The kitchen prides itself on thick, juicy patties that hold their own against layers of melted cheddar and house-made sauces. It is the kind of lunch that demands a stack of napkins and an immediate post-meal nap.
A Local Hangout
The energy is casual and fast-paced, reflecting the busy spirit of the surrounding Pearl Harbor and Aiea neighborhoods. It serves as an ideal pit stop for families or workers looking for a hearty midday recharge. While the seating area can get snug during the peak lunch rush, the efficiency of the kitchen ensures you are never waiting long for your basket of hot, crinkle-cut fries. The menu keeps things focused, prioritizing quality ingredients over unnecessary variety, which is exactly why the local crowd keeps the benches full.
What to Expect
Be prepared for a bit of a hunt if you arrive during high-traffic hours, as parking in the immediate vicinity can get tight, much like most popular spots in the Aiea corridor. It is a genuine local experience—loud, busy, and unpretentious. If you want a burger that tastes like it was cooked in a backyard but with the precision of a professional griddle, this is your destination.

Love this place for their comfortable seating, never hot in the restaurant, price is respectable, music is very chill too. Just a great environment to enjoy a meal.

Great and affordable place to hang out from 11 am to 11 pm. Polite staff. You can replace the macaroni salad with rice in the menu if you want more rice and not the salad. Food is good for the price; they have mini servings that’s helpful, and take out. Accepts credit card. All in all, it’s a place we keep coming back to because they’re open in the evening.

Really good portions for the price, and solid flavor as well. Staff are friendly and polite, and its been busy both times I've went but with no delay in seating. Also got the food to the table really fast after ordering. Definitely would recommend eating alone or with friends. The deserts look pretty good too. Definitely will return here for sure, and recommended to my friends here as well.
