Bummed to have paid $11 for a melted smoothie that was served only 75% full. Would recommend training on QA/QC

We had acai bowls from a food truck that were amazing. Ice cream consistency, fresh fruit, just Yum. We wanted another before our trip was over. We saw this place had them and gave it a try. They were more like juice on a snow cone and grape juice was mixed in. The flavor was weird and biting ice chunks sucked. Then the granola was so odd. It had like rice crispy cereal in it and pumpkin seeds. Other than the banana, we're fairly sure the strawberries and blueberries were frozen. What a disappointment. We had the acai primo.

I was told to wait ten minutes because of a ten drink online order. So I waited and it was 4 minutes. I ordered the waffle bowl because of a special on my app. However, I did not notice any advertising on the menu board. When my order was ready, the server placed it down and walked away. I had to get my napkins and spoon by myself. Good thing I didn't tip ahead and it's the reason I won't tip ahead on my next visit.

Service was quickly. My drink was very good. Store was clean and workers were smiling. They greeted you as you entered.

If i can give 0 stars i would to a Poor service. Beginning to the guy taking order looks like he’s not paying attention. Then the order was wrong so the lady who has pierce on the nose after having wrong throw the wrong order in the other bowl and start making the acai bowl. What a poor service.

poor quality customer service! we walked in at 6pm and the sign said closes at 8 and we were given the side eye while they continued cleaning to close the store. finally ordered and then at the end we're given the wrong things with no emphasis to make it right. the teenagers got an online order in and all groaned. i wish we would've found a different place.

Absolutely horrible service. I ordered a large Aloha pineapple (which is what I've always ordered at Jamba and I've never once been disappointed). They gave me a drink that was only ice and strawberry, no taste of pineapple whatsoever. When I pointed out that they gave me the wrong order, and it was a size medium instead of a large, they became extremely disrespectful and told me "I can pour your drink in a large cup" and to "pay for another one." I checked the receipt and it turns out that the person who took my order wrote "small" and charged me for a medium. All I wanted was for them to make me a large Aloha pineapple.

Excellent service, staff always willing to help you. Our juices were delicious. Enjoy this delight. Totally recommended.
