Chili's Grill & Bar (98-130 Pali Momi St)
About
A Reliable Stop in the Heart of Aiea
Located conveniently within the bustling Pearlridge Center, this Chili's serves as a go-to anchor for shoppers and locals alike. The space hums with a classic sports-bar energy, where the clatter of plates and the flicker of overhead screens create a high-traffic, lively environment. If you are finishing up a long afternoon of browsing the nearby shops, the air-conditioned interior offers a much-needed break from the tropical heat.
Signature Flavors and Familiar Comforts
The kitchen leans into the brand’s long-standing reputation for bold, Tex-Mex-inspired staples. Most patrons find their way here for the Baby Back Ribs, which arrive glazed in a signature sauce that leans heavily into the sweet-and-smoky profile. The menu remains consistent, whether you are stopping in for a Triple Dipper appetizer or one of their thick, fire-grilled burgers. For those who enjoy a little extra kick, the tableside atmosphere is often punctuated by the scent of sizzling fajitas being carried across the dining room floor.
Local Nuances
While the food provides a predictable, satisfying experience, be prepared for the typical rhythm of the Pearlridge area. Finding a parking spot can occasionally turn into a scavenger hunt during peak shopping hours or weekend rushes, so it is often better to aim for an early lunch or a mid-week dinner to bypass the heavier congestion. It is an ideal spot for groups who want a low-pressure environment where everyone can find something they recognize on the menu. The service is brisk, fitting the fast-paced flow of this major Aiea commercial hub.

We came when they first opened. Most of the place was empty but by the time we left there were three parties waiting to be seated. Our server was super upbeat and very patient. She was very kind and thoughtful of the kids. We ordered and our food came out pretty fast. All of the food was ok. The kids' pepperoni pizza was good. The burgers needed a bit more seasoning and the steak was nicely cooked on the outside and juicy on the inside. Our appetizer platter was really good. Get the mozzarella sticks. They are delicious. We also really enjoyed the onion rings. Overall it's pretty good and I would recommend this location.

This has to have been the worst Chilis experience I've ever had. The 2nd star was for some of the food that was actually good. The server was absolutely horrendous, he was nice, but he was not attentive AT all. First the food came out quick, but the apps were disappointing, the fried cheese wasn't hot, there was NO cheese pull, it was very disappointing to eat these in house and not have hot apps. Then most of the chips were stale. Why are there ANY stale chips? I order from Kapolei delivery and take out, and the chips are always crispy and crunchy. Fajitas were good, everything seemed fresh and hot, and it actually looks appetizing. Big mouth bites were good, the one good thing is that the kitchen didn't mess up our special orders. No sauces on most things. Quesadillas were fine tasting, but it wasn't hot. I expect things to be piping hot when I eat in house.... On top of all that, I asked for sugar three times, and finally got sugar.... 😵💫 I'm extremely disappointed, it wasn't busy by all means, there were workers who were just standing around doing nothing. No one came to refill water or even check up on us, till we stared down the waiter... Probably not gonna visit this location again. I'll stick with Kapolei. Pictures are so deceiving. Also the guacamole wasn't mixed at all, it was basically chunks of avocados... Bruh.. I'm so dissatisfied.

It's been a long time since I've gone to a Chili's, over 20 years! We came here for an early dinner on a Friday and were really happy with everything. Service was quick and efficient, the food was really delicious, portions and prices were reasonable, and the beer was ice cold! My wife got a salmon dish that she said was very good, I got the chicken fajitas and I really enjoyed it, and my daughter got a slider kids meal that she seemed to like. They also had a molten cake thing (kids portion) that was fairly big that we split. We would definitely come back! I think the only reason we hadn't gone before was it always seemed so packed
