Arby's (98-1005 Moanalua Rd Spc 238 Pearlridge Center)

Just went here today with a bunch of friends. I've never had Arby's before so wanted to try it out. It wasn't busy which was nice. Sonya at the counter was very helpful and provided excellent service as well as suggestions for which food to try. I ended up getting a chicken sandwich meal with the curly fries. My food was out before I'd even had time to fill up my drink! The fries were superb, very flavorful. The chicken sandwich was also of high quality (for fast food,) although I think it could've used a little more chicken. Overall great experience; me and my friends had a good time.

I went in for a mom and son’s dinner with my two kids. While ordering enthusiastically, the service member was extremely rude to both me and my son, who asked a question about the menu. He barked at my son, shook his head, and pushed the sign by his register. I told him he didn’t have to be rude. He wouldn’t even look me in the eye. I told him I wanted to speak to his manager, and judging by the look on his face, I could tell this wasn’t the first time his employee messed up. To top it off, he messed up my order and didn’t ring my son’s meal up. The manager was kind enough to give us the meal and apologize. This was our favorite place, but this ruined my appetite to ever eat here again. My kids are super respectful and kind. Please train your employees to respect their paying customers. We didn’t have to support your workplace, we chose to. Now, I’d rather support a business with good service, not pilau service.

Arby’s is my guilty pleasure. Tad obsessed and don’t have it where I live. So I love it while on holiday. Not all Arby’s are the same, but this one in the mall is just great and the staff are really nice (so be polite people). The foods always as expected and the reason why this particular Arby’s has a higher rating than the average normal Arby’s….if your craving the meats, this location has the meats !!
